Do not stay here, I repeat DO NOT STAY HERE.
From the moment we arrive our stay was a nightmare. We were greeted by the rudest reception staff, a man with no manners that seems to forgotten guests actually paid to stay there. This reception man goes even beyond and lies to us telling us he was the owner when we started to complain. The other staff (specially security) made us fell very unwelcome and always looking at us like we shouldn’t be there. We were a group of girls on a first trip to Ibiza and we didn’t fell safe leaving our belongings in this establishment. The room was acceptable for what you pay for but definitely could do with a cleaning as we found a broken phone case inside the fridge. The only thing that saves this place is the location, right in the center of San Antonio. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else, this place is rubbish.

Bed very comfortable, staff helpful, arrived early and was able to use room. Very clean, bit run down. Round edges in kitchen. Shower was fab. Only issue I has was people above us were moving furniture early in morning ( or could have been cleaning staff) balcony was good siz and location fab.

I stayed with friends at Tramuntana Apartments Ibiza. Terrible is an understatement. The property uploaded photos that did not correspond to reality, our room was NEVER cleaned, the blankets were full of hair, the bathroom had an incredible sewer smell, the furniture was old and the shower curtain rod fell on my friend's head. The only positive thing was the location, the friendly receptionist and the parking which however is not close by. Don't go there.

Avoid, room not clean dirty bed sheets. Hair in kettle ! How does that happen only god knows, broken towel rails generally unsafe, we had to stay here in an emergency due to complications with flight. You are allowed by the pool only if you purchase from the bar provided at the pool. Wouldn’t even say this is a last option, just don’t stay here please.

It is an absolute tip and would not recommend. The bed broke from the first night and one of us had to sleep in the floor. As we did not say when they left they then wanted 200 euros and would not give a ring back that was of sentimental value rather than expensive. Staff very rude to me when i went to collect the ring for my neice. Insinuating that I was going to steel the ring. Much better places to stay with better facilities especially when you are then charged for damages that you never done. We are 30 year olds what did they think we were doing playing monkeys jumping in the bed. Do not deserve any customers and no wonder you are not busy. Avoid at all costs.

Welcoming and accommodating. Excellent location and they offer towels for the beach

Very friendly and helpful staff, location is perfect for the town, rooms basic but spacious clean and all you will need is in them. Towels changed an bins emptied during your stay if need more towels or beds changed early just ask and it will be done! Aircon played up mentioned at reception as we went out and was fixed when we got back! Our little boy left behind his comforter after our stay and we had great communication with apartments after trying to find it.

Having read all of the reviews, was a bit wary of what we would find at the Apartmentos Tramuntana, but hugely impressed. Welcomed on arrival by the manager, (who is never supposed to be here!!), and personally taken to private parking area. The room is a good size, overlooking a beautiful square with a lovely white Spanish church (but no bells!!), clean and tidy and well equipped, heating worked perfectly, tv not great... but we are on holidays!!! Towels were tired and stained, and the bedding wasn't great, but comfy night's sleep, and awoke well rested and keen to explore!! Huge plus, apartment is pet friendly and our little doggy was allowed to stay with us!! All in all, an excellent experience!

Great place to enjoy the full ibiza experience, pool next door had very good chill vibes, will attend again, also staff were very helpful but bit strange😄

24.04.2018 Jesus

It started well as we were upgraded from a 2 to a 4 bedroom apartment however as soon as we went in the whole apartment reeked of Cigarette smoke. There was evidence that previous tenants had smoked indoors (burnt curtains, shower shelf with cigarette burnt marks). It would have not taken much to correct this. The wifi signal within the apartment was very poor (only a boy just at the entrance). Kitchen tools and appliances were simple but just enough for us. The air con system worked. Surprisingly there were no hangers for the clothes, so we could not make good use of the closet.
