The hotel facilities are a bit dated, suggesting it's been open for many years, but the service and cleanliness are excellent. The beach is adjacent to the hotel, and you can walk to Cala Major beach, which is very convenient and relaxing. The breakfast is plentiful.
The hotel offers free activities that can be booked, such as spa treatments and boating; just be sure to check the dates and times.
There's also a great seafood restaurant nearby (La Parada del Mar), which is very affordable and delicious, about a 10-minute walk away. Highly recommended.
Valet parking is available, but it's a paid service, costing approximately HKD 300 per day including tax. Overall, it's a very good experience, though the price is on the upscale side.

Just spent a fabulous week with 5 friends in the Nixe Palace. My 3rd time in the last year and once more it doesn't disappoint. Beautiful spacious rooms with the most incredible view. Slept so well with blackout curtains and quiet. Breakfast on the terrace amazing and the staff so welcoming and professional. The location on the beach and close to Palma is perfect. Thanks and we will be back!!

I will start with: I can’t wait to go back. We spent a few nights here as the start of a vacation traveling to Barcelona and Portugal. I haven’t been treated that well by a hotel staff in quite a while. They all were fabulous! The facility is beautiful. The beach is right there and sandy! Pool bar has some great choices. We purchased breakfast as part of our package. They offer many choices. Well worth the price. The property has several restaurants nearby. A cab ride to the restaurants in Palma is around 11€. It is a quick and safe journey. The room was spacious and modern. The balcony was a nice place to sit at the end of the day. We were visiting a the end of October and were able to turn the ac off and sleep with the balcony door open. With the sound of the waves crashing on the beach it was easy to fall asleep. It was a great start to our vacation. We spent hours trying to find the right hotel, reading and researching. If you want a hotel with great service on a beach that is close to good restaurants look no further.

We recently had a four day stay at The Nixe Palace Hotel for the first time and it exceeded our expectations. It definitely embodies a true 5 star hotel. From the moment you walk in, the scent and atmosphere is inviting. It is located in Palma, a very convenient location and base if you're travelling to Mallorca for the first time. The hotel is also beach front. The rooms are spacious and service is top notch! The hotel features a restaurant and bar overlooking the sea and we highly recommend trying it, it was quite the experience. The hotel is also surrounded by restaurants, shops, and a short ride from other main tourist attractions in Palma. We look forward to our next visit!

Amazing and beautiful property. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is great, and the spa with the sauna and steam room is a wonderful amenity, we used both every night we stayed.
There are plenty of restaurants around but the hotel food and drinks were very good. The air conditioning was very strong and there was a digital button you could use to indicate you wanted housekeeping or did not want to be disturbed. Would recommend staying here to anybody traveling to Mallorca!

We had lunch here and then went to reception for help. The food was average and the staff could have been more attentive. They didn’t seem to really care. After spending a meaningful amount at the restaurant and at the bar, the reception was quite rude to my family. We asked for help to get a taxi and they refused. When I asked how I would get my family back to their destination, they said it was not their problem. I understand that the reception clerk may have been having a bad day as it was very busy but I was surprised by how flippant and aloof he was.

While the hotel was pretty and a convenient location, our experience was marred by some details. Our room lacked hand soap throughout our three-night stay despite requests for a refill. Additionally, the hair dryer provided was broken, with metal pieces ejecting from it upon use. When attempting to use a replacement hair dryer in a different outlet, it caused a power outage. I had to wait for it to be fixed so I could dry my hair and leave to my appointment.
On the fourth night, we had to relocate to a new room. After turning on the air conditioning and leaving, we later discovered the air filter needed replacing. This oversight was particularly problematic given my allergys, which I had specified during booking in hopes of avoiding such issues. I had an uncomfortable night of sleep due to this. All of these details can be very annoying, and not expected from a 5-star hotel.
