Excellent polite attentive service. Extremely clean. Lovely rooms and swimming pool. Breakfast and lunch lovely. Excellent value for money. Evening meal, buffet was fine although at times not the hottest.

We ended up here after our flight was cancelled and well it was fantastic and eased the pain. The guys on the front desk were brilliant. Easyjet only booked us in for one night but needed two and the front desk sorted the second night so we paid for drinks and that was it. Room was fantastic... food was very good (it is unashamedly aimed at a certain European demographic, very German centric) Everything was included gym sauna pool etc.

Fantastic service, food and facilities! Yes, it's at the top of the hill, but that means you get quiet views of lovely countryside. The hotel is spotless and staff are great. We were probably the only British guests but we did not mind that at all. We liked sitting outside for meals and that takes a bit of technique as there are not enough seats for everyone out on the balcony!

We had a fantastic stay. Everything was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Because we couldn't stay in our room the first night, we were able to eat for free every evening. We also received a few drinks. Thank you so much for everything.

Great hotel, staff brilliant, helpful and professional from chefs and restaurant waiters and waitresses to reception. Food excellent. Rooms superb. No fighting over sun beds in high season makes a nice change! Happy parents and kids age 15-17! Safe village for youngsters to go out and have some fun sometimes without parents. Liddl nearby for necessities.

The hot shower in the bathroom was very comfortable. The sauna was nice, but the water in the hot spring was not heated. The restaurant was self-service in the morning and evening, and the food was different every day. There was no bottled water or kettle in the room. The quilt was a combination of a sheet and a blanket. There was hair on the blanket, and the sheet under the blanket was absolutely clean. It may be because the blanket is only for warmth, so it is not washed, and only the sheet that comes into contact with the skin is washed. If you mind, just take off the blanket, you won't feel cold. The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good, and the check-out time is also given to 12 o'clock

Friendly staff, super renovation, spacious resort, easy parking, great value for money. We are a family of 6, there was plenty to do for the kids (all over 10) with indoor and outdoor pool, restaurant on site and plenty in town to choose from.

We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights and we are satisfied in general. Overall, it's a hotel with a very pleasant atmosphere.
The staff (receptionist, restaurant staff, cleaning ladies ) are very friendly and helpful. The room where we stayed was clean, very big, and the view from balcony was stunning!! The variety of food was excellent, and the taste was also impeccable.
There was not a single thing that I found unpleasant.
There are four shuttle buses a day from the hotel to the beach. We wanted to take the 10 o'clock bus, but it was too crowded and we couldn't get on (there were others who couldn't get on either). The bus is too small for the number of people waiting. Therefore, I think it would be a good idea to increase the number of buses, especially during the peak season.
