Hotel Fariones in Puerto del Carmen

I'm currently staying at Hotel Fariones has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm and attentive service. The location is perfect—right by the sea, offering stunning views and easy access to the beach. Waking up to the sound of the ocean each morning was a highlight in itself.....

We have lost count of how many times we have stayed at Hotel Fariones and we booked a return visit in July on route to the airport for our flight home. This is the best indicator of how good Hotel Fariones is. The hotel, its facilities and its staff are exceptional. You will find cheaper hotels on the island which hold a 5 star rating but none come close to rivalling Hotel Fariones. From the moment you arrive until you leave, they have everything covered. Thank you Harriett and Team for looking after us so well (again!).

Our second visit to this hotel and once again it was superb. The food and accommodation could not be faulted and always sun beds available. All the staff were kind and helpful and we were well looked after for our entire stay

This hotel just does everything right. We have stayed in a lot of good hotels on the island but this is number one by far. Great arrival with the most professional and friendly staff, spotless soundproof room with beautiful views and a faultless buffet breakfast. We booked b+b as the area around the hotel is great for meals and drinks. The gardens are exquisite and perfectly kept. Plenty sun loungers and the pool and jacuzzis were a nice temperature. Can’t wait to return

From the moment we arrived the pure luxury and attention to detail was obvious. This continued throughout our 7 night stay. Staff were exceptional, hotel spotlessly clean with our room a junior suite outstanding. We are so pleased we opted for half board, the food was out of this world. We are lucky enough to have stayed in some grand hotels in the world as we celebrate our important birthdate’s with some luxury. Both my wife and I both agreed the only hotel that came anywhere close to Hotel Fariones luxury and attention to guest was The Bellagio in Las Vegas. One very minor point that perhaps can be looked into is the bar staff seemed disorganised, some days I signed a receipt some days it was paperless. My final bar bill did surprise me at the huge total cost. It did leave me thinking I’d been charged for other guests drinks due to the disorganisation. Overall an outstanding break, we’re already looking at returning this year some time.

Although we were not resident in the hotel, we were welcomed in for lunch in the terrace. The sun was shining overlooking the pool and the sea beyond. We had a really lovely lunch and a bottle of Rosalita (their Rosè). Staff are so nice and very efficient. The hotel itself is truly 5 star. We will stay here on our next trip to Lanzarote.

Stayed here for two weeks and wow . The hotel is amazing all the staff are lovely and go above and beyond to help also very helpful with recommendations for dining out . Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice . Dined in the restaurant some evenings and the food was excellent. Room service also very good with a wide variety. Now the hotel everywhere is perfect inside and out and they have some wonderful gardens to sit . Went wanted a relaxing holiday and that's what we had .we had a suite with a balcony sea view well worth it .

The Fariones is a little piece of heaven. The staff made our visit, so charming and helpful. Our room overlooked the beach. Such a beautiful view.

My wife and I called into the Hotel Fariones for a cold drink on a Sunday afternoon. Having been there before we knew we would have an agreeable time. We were shown to a table for two on the terrace and were served by Armindo who provided excellent service. We had two rounds of drinks ( Cava and a low alcohol beer) and crisps : plain crisps sprinkled with their tasty house “paprika and lime” seasoning together with one latte coffee. Armindo was cheerful and attentive and also gave my wife a generous second serving of cava after the bottle ran dry whilst pouring - “take a sip or two before I recharge your glass from a new bottle”. The hotel reception was decked out in Christmas splendour and another member of staff kindly took a photo of us in front of their tree. If you are visiting Carmen del Puerto then the Fariones is well worth a visit.

This place really does have the wow factor. The reception area is stunning, and the rest of the hotel lives up to the initial delight. The staff are brilliant – every single member we encountered was friendly and super-helpful. The backroom staff are equally impressive. The cleanliness around the entire site is outstanding. The breakfast is seriously good. A fantastic selection of fresh and tasty treats, served in an airy, stylish room, or out on the terrace. The bar is welcoming and relaxing, day or night. And the nightly entertainment is very good indeed. The grounds and gardens are fabulous and amazingly maintained. The sunbeds are plentiful and comfortable. The location is tremendous – right on the beach, and near to shops and restaurants, but at the same time, beautifully quiet and peaceful.
