Barcarola Club in Puerto del Carmen

Lovely location,in middle of the strip but not that you would know. So quiet real peacefully. Breakfast something for everyone, cooked and usual cold meats breads juices. Pool was very nice, was 32 degrees so was popping in to cool down regular. Mainly couples. Will be back september for sure. Only thing for me consecrated lounge. It's a glass partition so no privacy it your a night owl.watching tv. But we always take earplugs and eyemask. Staff friendly. Rooms spoltell?air-conditioning worked extremely well. Security gate on gate at night.

Fab hotel , lovely staff , close to everything, we were there in 2024 and 2025 and hopefully in 2026 , I would like to see the steel wire chairs around the bar and in our rooms with something more comfortable

Stayed at the Barcarola from Feb 17th for 9 nights ( B&B). The apartments are in a lovely setting, with the pool at the centre of this circular complex. There were plenty of available loungers etc to suit all needs. We did expect average weather and packed a case for all occasions but the temp didn't drop below 23, reaching a high of 28. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard with friendly staff and the breakfast availability would/ should suit everyone (apart from the ones who like to moan about choices). Lots of food available so no issues with the breakfast in my opinion. The complex is basically situated at the start of the'strip' so noise was never an issue with a 5/10 minute walk to all the bars, restaurants etc. The only slight constructive criticism I would like to share with the hotel is that I would really consider some form of separation between the lounge area and the bedroom, maybe fitting a draw back curtain to prevent light coming into the bedroom, a simple fix that would help the separation and aid sleep. If that's the only thing I can comment negatively on then it's not bad eh. If your thinking of booking here then try and get either blocks A or B as they look out onto the ***** and have sea views. On the whole a fantastic stay and can't recommend enough.

Nice hotel, clean, located in the back of the southern part of the ***** in Puerto del Carmen, the part where you will find the more lower budget Brittish holidaymakers. Check in was very late, only after 15.30pm. Pool was nice, though rather chilly because of the heavy winds. Even if temperature reaches 24 degrees February is still rather cold, in the evenings temperatures drop very quickly. TIP: there is no hotel car parking and parking along the ***** is rather cumbersome at times. You can park your car most often though in the streets to the north of the hotel. If you do so you don’t need to walk all around the hotel to the main entrance. Instead you can use the blue metal doors on the north-west and on the north-east of the hotel. Although apparently some guest complained about this, these doors are open most of the time, even sometimes in the evening.

JET2 cancelled our original accommodation on 23rd December 15 hours before we were due to fly out. We were offered Barcarola & although we were supposed to be staying in Matagorda we had stayed in Barcarola complex 15 years previous so we knew it was a good standard. It's in a perfect location with lots on the doorstep but when inside it's so peaceful. Plenty of positives, fresh towels daily with bath robes supplied. Good lighting & good sized mirrors. Great hairdryer & complimentary moisturiser, shampoo & body wash. All staff were super friendly & breakfast had a decent enough choice of hot & cold food. Housekeeping (especially for G2) were fantastic, absolutely hard working & done a great job. If any small gripes I'd say any other place iv stayed at that has a coffee machine usually supplies regular pods, but here you had to buy your own, also no ice so you have to go to ice machine that's located in laundry room & possibly plastic/paper bowls cup could of been supplied there to save walking back & forth with your glass. A shelf or something eye level in shower would be good to save having to bend down to floor to use own products. Overall it's a lovely kept complex & would definitely return. Had a great stay & really enjoyed it's location.

Beautiful Apartments, Staff are friendly, Breakfast was cold most mornings not even a great selection of meats, or cheese or anything , pool area is nice, to be honest would not stay here again, found them expensive for what you get,
