Hyde Park Lane in Puerto del Carmen

Came here for the Easter weekend 4 adults and two children age 6 and 7, bungalows were fine I found the beds comfortable but others say they are not but each to there own , staff very friendly and helpful, grounds are kept lovely and clean, I had a problem with the shower within an hour of reporting this was fixed, rooms kept clean , we went self catering and I think it would be better if they had an oven and not just 2 rings to cook on, also would be great to have dish drainers to put your pots on once washed had to put them on a towel, The kids club entertainer was brilliant with the kids and my grandchildren loved going to kids club he did very well to cope with the amount of children. Only ate in restaurant twice one evening and breakfast my opinion there wasn't enough options for evening meals, so did eat out alot, although kids did eat free for the under 12 I think, pool bar food was nice overall we did enjoy it and so did the kids , and I would go back.

Very nice stay, apartments are perfect for 2 people and have everything you need on site. 2 swimming pools, supermarket, gym, etc. They could potentially add a cover for outdoor seating for each apartment

We stayed at Hyde Park for 7nights as a large family group and could not fault it! All rooms were clean and towels and bedding changed every other day. The facilities were perfect for what we needed, two pools and a great park / splash pad area for the younger children. The staff were all incredibly polite and helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. The bar at pool bar was reasonably priced for food and drinks during the day and some of our group opted for the buffet breakfast which offered good variety and lots of fresh options! Not a single negative from us and we would be more than happy to return! ☺️

Lovely apartments great friendly staff not just at reception but everyone from cleaners to gardeners always had a nice word or smile for you, apartments and grounds spotless

Rebooked here because of the kids club - well, David (Mr Potato) specifically. He is exceptional. Give this guy a big pay rise please!! Only downside of hotel is they put the air con on a little late in the year. Lovely stay again!

Just returned from our second stay at Hyde Park Lane Suites and we have already booked to come back next year! We find it so easy to relax here; the apartments are lovely, the staff are so helpful and friendly and in general there is a nice vibe about the place. If I was being super-critical, and the only reason not to award 5/5, the apartments are looking a bit dated inside - specifically the kitchen area. Overall though, really enjoyed our stay and we're so looking forward to coming back next year. Highlight of the week; having a little black cat stay with us for the last 4 nights :)

Second time at these apartments,lovely and clean,great for families,large buffet breakfast,4 pools (2kids pools),room cleaned and new towels everyday aswell. Staff friendly and nice. Only negative point is that with kids main strip is a nice walk away. You will have to get taxi's.

Beautiful apartment, spotless and a few minutes from the beach. I would have rated it a 5 but I had one issue. Breackfast choice was huge, 12 euro each. I chose hot food from self service and it was cold, I spoke to one of the staff and they pointed me in the direction of a microwave. I complained to reception but nothing was actioned. 12 euro paid and breakfast was inedible.

Our 3rd time here and our first time with a villa - worth every penny . Heated private pool so relaxing the villa was gorgeous and the hotels always spotless . Great staff and livens breakfast locations fab

Just back from a fantastic week here. The hotel was spotless, staff working all the time keeping it up to standard. Great pool which was quite warm for February. The bar was also well stocked and a reasonable price. We were self catering but bought breakfast in the restaurant a couple of times which was good value. Would definitely go back. Also great WiFi
