Hotel Riu Paraiso Lanzarote - All Inclusive in Puerto del Carmen

Great food and facilities. The place is kept pristine with cleaners and grounds keepers. Best thing from the holiday was how great Martin from the kids club was with the kids. He's great and deserves a medal.

What an amazing holiday. Staff great, pool and surrounding great. So restaurant is hotel good but it's what expected so no complaints. Speciality restaurants amazing.

Amazing food the specialty restaurants where outstanding...cant fault the room the surrounding of are room or the cleaning first class. As for the entertainment i enjoyed everyone. Id recommend this place to anyone. Well done. Riu Paraiso xxx

The hotel was lovely as a whole. The food was good but very much the same most nights, the Asian food restaurant was the best nights food. The entertainment was ok. The best part for me as I have a four year old was the kids club and the mini disco every evening he loved it. The kids entertainer Martin was fantastic very funny and made us all laugh especially when he was in charge of the mini disco, he was the best entertainment of the holiday!

Great location off the beach. Very clean, well maintained and much of it is nicely decorated. Plenty of options for leisure: sports activities, two pools and bars.

Just leaving this great hotel to fly home. Second visit and still as good. All the staff are pleasant and very helpful. The entertainment staff are fab. Food great.. Great kids clubs. Will come back

I thought i was going to a prison sell the walk way was grim and found the hotel food to be below par, the towels in the room which are bath towels are thin and very small and brown.

Ok. The hotel was spotless and the staff were all lovely. There were loads of sun loungers and lots of shades so no fighting for space. The bedrooms were lovely too. The downsides of this hotel were the food, drink and entertainment. The speciality restaurants were just different buffets and the main buffet was pretty similar day in and day out. There were no themed nights so it was all samey. The food itself in the buffet was pretty underwhelming. The main thing we enjoy on holidays are cocktails and this hotel was so bad for them. The cocktails came out of a machine and were terrible. The glassware was also tiny so even if you got a beer it was in a tiny glass. We went for a week and that was long enough. FYI no beer mats or straws which is good for the environment but does get you covered in drips.
