Ciutat Jardi Hotel in Palma

This a fabulous family run hotel in idyllic location. 5 minutes from airport. Free & easy street parking. Beautiful family beach directly outside hotel. Lovely pool area with outside bar / restaurant. Gardens are maintained to highest standards. Staff are delightful and genuinely friendly. I recommend either the rooms with the enormous terraces or garden rooms offering complete privacy.

The best part of my stay was the hotel’s ideal location right across from the beach.

There were restaurants nearby, and I especially appreciated the bike rental, with the cycling path just across the road offering beautiful scenic rides.

The room I was assigned was outdated and not particularly comfortable, but with some renovations, this could be a great place to stay.

A beautiful tranquil hotel in its own gorgeous grounds complete with pool. A very relaxing spot just tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the beach. In saying that, it's on the beach but as you enter the gardens it's 100 year old glory and calmness takeover.
The friendliest staff both on reception and in the dining area. A great array of fresh foods on offer at breakfast.
Our room was lovely, clean and fresh feeling. We had an outside area of our own with table, chairs and a cosy chair. We had a view of beautiful flowers and could just about see the pool area. It was so green and lush.

Stayed at Ciutat Jordi Hotel and really enjoyed it. It’s a 100-year-old hotel in a calm area right by the beach, with a nice balcony and great value for the price. There are lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby. Just note they don’t provide complimentary water, it’s about a 50-minute walk to the city, and yes—they still use metal keys to unlock the doors, which adds a bit of old-school charm

Stayed in this hotel as we love the area it’s not too touristy and in close proximity to Palma city you can walk ( about 45 mins or bike about 15 mins ) .. it’s a traditional Spanish hotel with a nice ambience we stayed in the suite at the top of the hotel . Nice room with a very private terrace and garden room with a bedroom upstairs ..nice furnishings and clean and comfortable .. staff are lovely and friendly , very attentive .. breakfast was served in the main building or you could sit outside nice areas to take in the lovely atmosphere ! However breakfast a little underwhelming .. very limited hot food served on a tiny hot plate in small pans ( not really very warm ) selection of pastries and jams a few cheeses and the coffee machine was so slow .. if you were in a que you would be waiting 10/15 minutes to get your coffee … I do feel for a 4 * hotel they should also offer room service ( they do not ). The hotel room has a safe and they supply towels for the pool .. pool is small and doesn’t get much sun ☀️ but the beach is right opposite .. all in all we did enjoy our stay .. I would return but needs a few tiny improvements to make it very special

This was perfect for a relaxing family trip with our adult children. It’s a beautiful authentic peaceful. Great location, 10 mins from airport and opens out on the beach. It’s an easy walk to many restaurants bars and a supermarket. 5 mins to the bus stop which is a 20-30 scenic trip in to the historic centre of Palma. There is a really beautiful garden area where breakfast is served and a charming pool and bar area to relax. The staff are extremely helpful and kind- nothing is too much trouble - thank you for a wonderful stay !

Wow we got lucky with this hotel. Fabulous location in a non tourist area, right on the beach with loads of great restaurants and walks nearby. Beach gorgeous and full of locals. Easy bus journey to Old Town Palma. Staff are so lovely, hotel is charming. Special mentions for Jennifer and Veronica, but everyone is so friendly.

Friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in the suite with was spacatious and comfoetable. Food was great food. A delightful hotel. Location and area perfectjust across from the beach and a little oasis. Just be careful when you cross the cycle lanes.

We were made very welcome from the moment we arrived. Check-in was very friendly and efficient. Our room was very comfortable, with a well stocked fridge, a balcony and a good sized bathroom. The hotel is literally 30 seconds walk from the beautiful sandy beach, from where there is a pleasant (long) walk along the front to the centre of Palma. There is also a regular bus service from the top of the street into Palma, so being out of the centre was not a problem. The hotel has a lovely garden/ pool area with sun loungers and cosy seating areas as well as tables for outdoor dining.
