Wow we got lucky with this hotel. Fabulous location in a non tourist area, right on the beach with loads of great restaurants and walks nearby. Beach gorgeous and full of locals. Easy bus journey to Old Town Palma. Staff are so lovely, hotel is charming. Special mentions for Jennifer and Veronica, but everyone is so friendly.

Friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in the suite with was spacatious and comfoetable. Food was great food. A delightful hotel. Location and area perfectjust across from the beach and a little oasis. Just be careful when you cross the cycle lanes.

We were made very welcome from the moment we arrived. Check-in was very friendly and efficient. Our room was very comfortable, with a well stocked fridge, a balcony and a good sized bathroom. The hotel is literally 30 seconds walk from the beautiful sandy beach, from where there is a pleasant (long) walk along the front to the centre of Palma. There is also a regular bus service from the top of the street into Palma, so being out of the centre was not a problem. The hotel has a lovely garden/ pool area with sun loungers and cosy seating areas as well as tables for outdoor dining.

We chose this hotel due to its close proximity to the airport and the good reviews and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were all very attentive and helpful and the room was lovely and had a small patio/ balcony that we weren’t expecting and was a bonus. We hadn’t a sea view but this didn’t matter. The beach is clean and just across a path - nice place to swim and relax. Breakfast was good with many choices. Other reviews say the planes are noisy however we didn’t find this and they don’t fly directly over the hotel. There was no need for ear plugs. A lovely hotel in a nice area and we’ll definitely return.

A quiet hotel with great luxuary atmosphere. The hotel has a beautiful garden with clean swimmingpool. Our room was not very large but there are bigger rooms in the hotel. The bathroom was clean and large enough. As a surpise we had a nice balcony. The lunch and breakfast were excellent. The hotel is 50m from the beach. Plenty of eating places around. The staff was very friendly and gave great service. As experienced travellers we enjoyed our stay and definitely advise this nice hotel.

Hidden gem of a hotel in Palma by the sea. I had a very brief solo stay here before a work trip but thoroughly enjoyed the Spanish hospitality. The staff are what makes this hotel special, from the welcome on the front desk to the lovely ladies in the bar and restaurant. Nothing is too much trouble. I was made to feel right at home. I booked the double delux room which is little strange as located right by reception but the room itself was lovely. Huge in size, with a bathtub in the centre of the room with the most fabulous private terrace. Bed could have been a little comfier but it was fine. Gardens are lovely, you can sit outside for breakfast and take a tray from the restaurant to save going back and forth which is a really great idea. Small pool but perfect for the size of hotel and right by the beach. Would happily come again.

The best that can be said about the hotel is the location,friendliness of the staff and breakfast.Apart from that this was a very expensive hotel with worn out rooms and bathrooms.First time I’ve experienced that a hotel charges for the use of the safe in the room. Overpriced and doesn’t live up to what we expected from a 4 star hotel.

This was a very poor experience and my wife and I feel cheated. We booked what is advertised as the top floor suite which was quite expensive. This room was very tired and not furnished as per the photos on the website. There were many issues. If I had not paid up front I would have checked out immediately. Issues were : Room very tired and dirty. Floor in lounge area was filthy. Scruffy furnishings No draws to put clothes in. No door on lavatory so no privacy. Uncomfortable hard pillows and mattress Maid never cleaned up cups and glasses. No kettle in room. Had to request this. Tea and coffee facilities in room is a norm at least in a 4* hotel. Advertises room service but there was no phone in the room. When I asked reception how to get room service I was told come down and order or phone reception using my cellphone !!!! No water in room. This is the norm in most hotels. We ended up paying for water from the minibar. when I checked out I was told that the maid should have put water in room but I was never offered a refund for the water we drank. Advertises a cocktail bar and piano bar open until 23-00hrs. Nobody could make cocktails and never saw the bar open after 20-30hrs. So what is advertised is not offered. Overall I felt cheated after paying a lot of money for my 4 night stay. The reviewers who claim how wonderful the hotel is obviously do not stay in many hotels. This is not a 4* hotel and is very tired and substandard.

What a great little hotel, perfect location ,right on the promenade to walk or cycle along. The hotel has only 20 rooms, so you feel you are staying in a very special place. The hotel has great history and is a very beautiful Moorish building. We stayed room only and went along the beach to have breakfast and lunch etc. Buses are just at the end of the road, 2 euros into Palma and they run very 7 mins. Amazing. Why drive. We felt really looked after by the staff at the hotel . The manager was amazing and although our flight wasn’t til the evening we had a room to use that had a shower and towels etc, so it was like an added bonus. We loved it here and Mallorca is beautiful.

Wonderful hotel, in a great location. Great service from friendly, helpful staff. Less than a minute from the beach with great walks into Palma or to the nature reserve. Views from the room, especially the sunsets were amazing. Food excellent.
