Girlies, you have NO IDEA how obsessed I am with Hipotels Playa de Palma Palace—this place is chef’s kiss fr 😭

Walked into my room and immediately gasped: the bed’s so fluffy it feels like sinking into a cloud, the decor’s that cute breezy vacation vibe (every corner’s an Instagram flex📸), and even the bathroom toiletries smell like a fancy perfume—my skin was glowing after using ‘em.

The service? Chef’s kiss x2. The front desk girl had the sweetest smile ever, and when I forgot my room key? She showed up in LESS THAN 2 MINUTES, talking in that soft, cozy tone the whole time. Felt like I was being doted on by a friend🥺

And the location? Immaculate. Step outside, and you’re 2 seconds from the beach—wind in your hair, sand between your toes… pure bliss. Wanna grab a snack or drink at night? There’s tons of cute little bars and dessert spots nearby. Total “zero-effort vacation” vibe💃

This hotel turned my trip into a princess-level glow-up—I’m already brainstorming when I can come back.

The staff was awesome and top-notch! It was a beautiful hotel. Unfortunately, it was really noisy. We heard when the restaurants across the street were recycling the glass in the bins all night long. Because it is so close to everything, the people along the beach are very noisy and you hear everything. Wasn’t anything that the hotel could do but that was annoying. Also, the air conditioner never got cold so our room was warm.

Very clean rooms, lovely clean pool. Lots of sun loungers.
Came for 20th anniversary for a few days. The restaurant was amazing, fantastic service with a superb choice of food. Freshly cooked fish and meat were really 5* . I couldn't of wished for a better experience in any way. I've never been to a better managed hotel. Even the poolside toilets were immaculate and no different to those indoors. A real 5* experience. The poolside bar service was good and the drinks reasonably priced. The town is quite the party venue. However the hotel and pool ooze tranquility and relaxation. An oasis in an otherwise busy area of the city

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and contemporary hotel. The property is immaculately maintained, with a sleek, modern design throughout. The cleanliness is exceptional, both in the public areas and in the rooms, which are stylishly furnished and feel very luxurious. Many rooms enjoy a pool and sea view, and ours in particular was spotless and extremely comfortable. The soundproofing is superb – once the door is closed, the outside world disappears.

The staff are a real credit to the hotel. They are warm, welcoming, and highly professional, speaking multiple languages and always ready to assist. On arrival, we were greeted with a glass of prosecco, which was a lovely touch.

Breakfast and dinner were of a very good standard – both tasty and well-presented. While the selection can become slightly repetitive over a longer stay, the quality remains consistently high. Service in the restaurant is attentive without being intrusive.

• Excellent location, just a short and easy walk to the beach, where sunbeds are available for hire (€18 per day).
• Large, clean outdoor pool with sunbeds still available even at midday in August – a rare and welcome surprise.
• Well-managed hotel with smooth, efficient check-in and check-out.

• The dress code in the main dining room requires men to wear long trousers for dinner, whereas women are free to wear much more casual attire. While we appreciate the intention of maintaining a smart evening atmosphere, a consistent standard for all guests would feel more logical and fair.
• The majority of daytime entertainment takes place at the neighbouring Hipotels Gran Playa de Palma, on the same site. At the Playa de Palma Princess pool, games, inflatables, and diving/jumping are not permitted, which may be a consideration for those seeking a more lively poolside environment.

Overall, this is an exceptionally well-run and attractive hotel, offering high standards of service, comfort, and cleanliness. It is ideal for those seeking a modern, relaxing environment close to the beach and local amenities, with the added benefit of excellent facilities and professional, friendly staff.

We had an overall wonderful stay at the Hipotels Playa de Palma Palace. The hotel is modern, spotless, and the service was truly outstanding. The rooms are very comfortable, and we felt completely at ease throughout our stay.

One small point of criticism would be the rather strict smoking policy. In the entire pool area, there was only one small designated smoking corner, and smoking or vaping was also not allowed on the balconies. While we completely understand the no-smoking rule inside the rooms, we feel that the outdoor areas could have more clearly separated smoking and non-smoking zones, so all guests can relax comfortably according to their preferences.

All in all, it’s still a top-notch hotel with excellent service — we would definitely return!

I read a lot of previous reviews and people give 3 stars of 5,because the man have to wear trousers at dinner and it’s not allowed smoking,what do they expect from 5 stars hotel? We were here 8 days,the service was very good,the food - fantastic,congratulations to the chefs and the dessert buffet! Good location,they clean the rooms everyday and always smiling. For sure we’ll visit again👌🏻

Perfect! I couldn’t have chosen better! 5 mins to the beach, excellent breakfast and dinner buffet options ( I had the half board), beautiful and spacious bedroom, nice shower, loved the pools… Front desk attendant also helped us buying the excursions, which was a big plus.. I would definitely return!

This is a beautiful hotel and we enjoyed the spa & massage services, pool and restaurants on site. Staff were great!

We were a bit disappointed with the location / proximity to the drunken chaos at the beach and distance from the old town. Just something to be aware of if traveling from far away - make sure you do your research on this location!

Again, the hotel itself is beautiful and we would highly recommend the massage / spa services! However, trying to find decent dining options and activities within walking distance from the property was near impossible.

The worst hotel experience ever. I booked the best suite available on Ctrip. My boyfriend and I checked in. I booked the hotel room, but the front desk asked for an extra payment of 352.38 euros for one more person, which would not be required if I checked in alone. At that time, the official website price for two people was exactly the same as that for one person. The hotel said that if there was one more person on the spot, one more person's fee would need to be paid. Couples were not allowed to do so. If you are bringing children, you must pay attention. The front desk said that if you forget to bring an extra child, you will have to overpay by more than 500 Euros! I'm speechless. The balcony of the suite I booked is almost as big as the bedroom. The hotel's hygiene is also very sloppy. I will not stay here again!
