Hotel Zurbarán Palma in Palma

The staff were kind and helpful despite limited resources — from the receptionist to the breakfast and cleaning teams, they were great with service and recommendations, if the location being next to the center matters a lot to you, it is quite close especially with bus 4. However, the rooms were much smaller than shown online. After we complained, the receptionist moved us to a slightly better room. Access to the water dispenser was an issue as the basement restaurant (with no Wi-Fi which is already bad and slow because it’s an open Wi-Fi) was locked after breakfast, and staff advised us to buy water even after we mentioned a medical need. The duvet was flimsy, the AC and fan were centrally controlled and ineffective during a warm April stay, and basic toiletries like shower cap, toothpaste and Qtips were lacking. Overall, the hotel felt overpriced for what it offered, with cramped rooms and minimal amenities — hard to believe it’s rated three stars. While Palma de Mallorca itself brightened our trip, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
