The hotel works on system "all inclusive", is located close to the capital Palma. Near the hotel is Marivent Palace – the summer residence of the Royal family. 300 m from the hotel – tourist zone with restaurants, bars and shops. To the beach runs every hour a free Shuttle bus. Recommended for young active travelers who prefer budget stay close to the city's infrastructure.

Decent enough hotel. Would give a 3.7
Very pleasant and helpful staff every time .
Had one of the very basic rooms with no thrills whatsoever. Everything was very very tight and compact but more or less did the work as I used it minimally. No kettle nor fridge and the only socket available seemed to be in the bathroom but there's a tv and good wifi and good views from the upper floors.
Swimming pool very nice with bar available but they need more parasols and lower the music and less crackly speakers.
If not clear, the hotel is on a very steep hill so a every walk in any direction will be a climb if you go for a wonder but next to the bus stops to take you into Palma de Mallorca town centre and short downhill stroll to the main high street with loads of eateries and some shops. Access to the sea and beaches as well within minutes for some great snorkelling.
There is a bit of maintenance required around the place, terrace door not closing properly in the room, blocked sink in the gents by reception, swimming pool showers not working...needs a bit of TLC.

Super location with stunning views of the harbour, marina and seafront. All staff we amazingly helpful at all times. Plenty of fresh options every morning for breakfast. You can get food from reception 24/7. Nice quiet location with a great pool/bar area and situated 10 mins by car or bus to hot-spots.

Hotel was a bit dated, but very clean everything works and staff is very kind and helpful, very good breakfast.
For me this was not a problem but the hotel is situated next to centre but on a hill,
must face some stairs if you don't have a car. There is parking available at the hotel.

First and most important: amazingly lovely crew (receptionists,kitchen helpers, wonderful!) breakfast is a string mediocre,nothing special,it's OK. Room is clean, but no table on the balcony,also remote control I could not find for the tv,door was glued a bit,walls are so thin,that you can hear your neighbor sneezing, elevator behaves funky and the door opener cards go wrong pretty often. But! The view is absolutely fantastic, location is pretty good (grocery,restaurants nearby,also direct but to the center), beach 10-15min walk. So all together,I'm happy with my stay. Thanks for everything guys!

The hotel itself does need a lil improvement, but I can't lie la vista al mar and the service was excellent.
I did want to leave a tip for the staff because I know they do their best and are incredibly helpful and skilled in making you feel comfortable, but I unfortunately didn't have enough time on hand.
I observed their service for, I think they are the face of the hotel and being honest, I think they pretty much save it and keep it moving around!

I stayed at MLL Blue Bay Hotel in Palma and was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and overall service. The room was dirty upon arrival, the floor had dust everywhere and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The bedsheets didn’t smell fresh, and the bathroom was shockingly small and filthy. There were black and yellow stains on the bathtub walls, the shower curtain had marks on it, and the sink had dried mucus stains on our first day 🤮 not to mention it was clogged and wouldn’t drain properly.
The hotel doesn’t even provide complimentary bottled water, we had to pay €2 each time for a small bottle from a vending machine at reception, which is unacceptable considering the heat. There was also no mini fridge in the room. Parking was an additional €10 per day, even though the parking area was just an open street below the hotel.
The poolside restaurant served frozen paella for €13–15, which was disappointing for a Spanish hotel. The housekeeping staff only changed the towels and made the bed, they did not clean the floor or the rest of the room during our stay.
There was only one small soap provided, which had to be used for both hand and body washing, and we had to buy shampoo separately from the vending machine.
The only positive aspects were the nice view and the friendly staff, which helped us tolerate the stay a little. But overall, it was a terrible experience. I will never return to this hotel.

As the hotel itself states, it’s a 3-star place – and if you keep that in mind (e.g. no fridge, kettle, or bottled water, and a bathtub instead of a shower), then everything else is honestly good!
The rooms were clean, the location is great – with bus stops right outside, shops and restaurants nearby, and a nice pool to relax by.
Breakfasts were delicious with a great variety to choose from!
But the biggest highlight and a true ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ goes to the amazing, always helpful staff – especially Katia and Agustin.

Disappointed with Our Stay – Not What We Expected
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was quite disappointing and not what we had hoped for. We had booked and paid for a larger room, but were given a noticeably smaller one that did not match the pictures or description online. This was the first letdown of our stay.
On our first night, we were approached by the receptionist at 2 a.m. because a neighbor had complained about us smoking on the balcony. We were unaware that this was not allowed, as it wasn’t clearly communicated anywhere. The way the situation was handled felt intrusive and quite frightening, especially since it was so late and it startled both me and my sister.
Breakfast was another unpleasant experience. After eating, we each took a cup of coffee and I grabbed an apple to take with me. One of the staff members informed us that we weren’t allowed to take anything out of the dining area unless we paid extra—specifically €0.50 for the apple. It felt unnecessary and uncomfortable.
On top of that, the key card to our room stopped working several times during our stay, which added even more frustration to an already stressful experience.
Also you can smoke only at the bar at the pool and if front of the hotel on the street. As i saw a lot of people smoked on the balcony but we couldn’t because they told as so.
Overall, this stay fell far below our expectations. The combination of the room mix-up, strict and poorly communicated rules, unprofessional handling of issues, and technical problems with the room really affected our holiday. We wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

It is up quite a few sets of stairs from the beach, but the view from the rooms and the pool deck was incredible. The service was excellent, it had a 24 hour reception so there was always someone available. We opted for breakfast included, the food was good, with a wide veriety of cold food, fruit, breads, and hot dishes, although mainly pork. The bread was always fresh and the churros where excellent. It has good bus links into palma and is walking distance to shops and beaches.

Great hotel and I'm surprised it has such a low rating.
The staff is very friendly and helpful in every situation. Moreover, it was one of the cheapest hotel near Palma that I've found, and it was a wonderful stay there. We had room in 7th floor and the view was fantastic!
The best part was breakfast. We had it included in our booking and everything what I tasted was delicious. They add some other meal every day, so we were able to taste even some Spanish stuff. Food is periodically supplemented.
Overall, I'd add 5/5.
