Had lunch at pool bay , club sandwich and it was awful. The chicken was processed and slimey. Had to remove all the chicken .
Staff lovely .
Breakfast very good; large selection and numerous staff clearing tables.
Didn't use pool but looked pleasant enough.
Walking distance to central Palma and old town
Reception services girls is good there,there is only rom and one restaurant, nothing more,Hotel is official people use,
Staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for us. Highly recommend.
