The hotel has a very charming style, making you feel right at home. The staff are friendly and helpful. You can opt for breakfast on-site for €12 per person, and it's fantastic. All the main attractions are within walking distance, or you can use the bus or rent a bicycle. Highly recommended.

This is honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were all so kind, which made it really easy to relax. My room was spotless and had everything I needed for a perfect stay.
The location was perfect for sightseeing. Plus, with so many well-known restaurants and cafes nearby, you're really spoiled for choice when it comes to dining.

I stayed here before and had a pleasant experience. The interior design is beautiful, the staff are welcoming, and the breakfast is delicious. The soundproofing could be better, but overall it was quiet at night and did not affect my sleep.

I recently planned to stay again, but had to cancel due to a change of plans. I couldn’t find my booking and the staff helped me resolve the issue efficiently. I really appreciate their professionalism and kindness.

It was a vey unforgettable trip for me. At first, our checked room smelt bad. The reception is very kind and helped us change another room but the outlook of the new room was not very good. I felt unpleased about it totally.

We loved every about the hotel. The renovation of an old hotel was sympathetic with the dare it was built and makes the hotel modern but still charming. 
The staff were beyond fantastic, all members went beyond to ensure we had a great stay.
The food was equally as impressive, the drinks were also quality and reasonably priced.

Good location – a 15-minute walk to the centre. The hotel is nice and comfortable. We had a room with windows facing the patio, which was very quiet at night. The room was small but sufficient for a short stay. The air-conditioning worked well and was quiet.

There could be an issue if you have larger luggage, as there is only a small wardrobe with a rack for coats. The queen bed was comfortable and spacious, and the bathroom was clean and large enough.

You can borrow a glass bottle from the restaurant, fill it with filtered water, and take it back to your room. The breakfast was very good – even though it’s not self-service, you can choose from several options, plus you get good coffee, fresh orange juice, and homemade yogurt. The only complaint was that on the first day the scrambled eggs were too salty; after that, everything was fine.

The Boira restaurant is also very good – they offer a three-course menu plus a drink for a very reasonable price of €18.90. The food was really tasty.

From the moment we checked in until the time we left, everything was simply excellent. Nathalia and Tommy at reception go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome — their genuine smiles, enthusiasm, and attention to detail truly stand out. These two are a model of how hospitality should be done.

The accommodations are comfortable, and the hotel’s location is ideal — within easy walking distance of restaurants and shopping areas. Dinner at the hotel is highly recommended; the quality and value easily surpass nearby options.

Rooms are quiet and spacious, ensuring a restful stay. The gym, though on the smaller side, is well-equipped for a solid workout. The only minor drawback is the pool, which is closer in size to a spa than a swimming pool.

Overall, Hotel Nou Baleares offers a wonderful experience with outstanding service and excellent value. If you’re in the area, it’s definitely a place worth staying.
