I really liked staying at Arena Nest Hostel. The Hostel is very beautiful und the people are really friendly. The location is very nice. I liked the breakfast with the homemade bread. The staff is very nice and helpful. The bathrooms were always clean.

Very pleasant staff and a great terrace. All common areas are clean, and the mattresses are comfortable. There's a small shelf for belongings on the top bunk.

Good location: 10 minutes from the airport; walking distance to La Laguna bus-station, city shopping & nightlife. Clean, light dorms, shared kitchen & top-floor terrace with a bar. Nice to work and socialize with mostly backpackers & independent travellers exploring the university town. Friendly hostel-team - also help-full when problems with an other booking agent occur.

Nice location, nice rooftop terrace. Don't expect world class bathrooms and shared facilities, but it is okay. Friendly staff.

The breakfast included was only a small muffin and I booker fir a bed in a dorm of twi but I was actually in a dorm of 4. Had a great experience somehow. The staff and the people staying there were very nice and the check in was easy.

Didn’t get a beach view, on the whole the staff were very good, apart from some misunderstanding, possibly as I am not able to speak or understand Spanish.

Fabulous holiday- the staff could not be more helpful & considerate, the facilities were perfect for a traveller with mobility issues; super clean, spacious, lovely food and perfect access to lots of lovely restaurants. 10/10

We had a really warm welcome, surprise champagne when they realised we were celebrating a birthday and the chance to freshen up in a room after check out and before our flight. It felt like they were going out of the way to make your trip comfortable and special. I'd recommend!

All about the breakfast….. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. The air conditioning wasn’t great, struggled to lower the temperature from 28c to 25c despite being on all night. I was moved from a lower room overlooking the carpark to one higher up. Sea view is extra.

Some good points friendly and good beach front position. They was working on construction around the pool which disturbed the ambience. Queing up till 0930 for sunbeds felt like I was going back to the 90s. Check in and check out was good. Breakfast good for price point.

If you’re a senior citizen from the UK it’s perfect for you. However if you’re looking for a fresher younger vibe I’d look at the H10 in Playa del Duque. The staff here were great but being the only two under 60 is a bit of a weird feeling

Central to many areas around playa. Nice pool area. Limited sunbeds but loved how you couldn’t reserve them. Our deluxe junior room was amazing. So big. Clean. TV and WiFi Good. Breakfast was okay. Some bits tasty but just Luke warm as under heat lamps Staff were helpful and friendly.

A lovely hotel in a neighborhood about a 10 minute walk from the commercial/historic center of La Laguna. Rooms are quiet, and the amount of storage available in the room was amazing. Good job! Breakfast is great with plenty of options and variety. Staff members were all helpful and nice. Parking is available on the property as well. A well earned 5 star review by many others as well.

Stunning settling in a lovely area

We spent a week at this lovely hotel. The room was beautiful and having the extra space of the 'solarium' was great and perfect for relaxing. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us, serving delicious breakfasts, booking restaurants, advising on trips and walks.
