You read some of the other reviews and of course everything comes down to someone else's perception and experiences so here is ours. Although the hotel is not the most modern, it has everything the one needs and the quality of the food was exceptional and far exceeded our expectations.

Could be better. Went with family, got family room. Not cosy, wet, without sun, without heating, with mouse on the walls. Food was normal, but breakfast all the same 7 days. Wouldn’t give 4 stars, only 3.

Overall we had a good stay at the GF Isabel, we had a 1 bed apartment which had enough space for a family of 4, the hotel had enough sun beds, pools and bars .. etc. Only down points were that the kids couldn't use floats in the pool and the half board / full board options are very limited for vegetarians.

We visited Paradise Park on January 26th for 9 nights as a family of 5, when we arrived we were given a room at the bottom of the hotel which wasn't what I booked as I had paid for a pool view room in annex. What can I say, another wonderful stay at the Santa Maria. All the staff offer first class service and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Rooms, food and drink are all above the standard of what you'd expect from a 3 star Spanish hotel. It's an old building with an old building feel. Cleanliness is good with cleaners working 5/7 days pw. Towels and bedding changed every 3 or 4 days. Room facilities are excellent with everything you need to cook basic meals. Shampoo and soap provided.

Very clean and modern room. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of cold and hot food. We took the half-board. Would not recommend this. The evening buffet was simply sub-par, to be diplomatic. Just stick to the room and breakfast, then it‘s a great place to stay.

I stayed at Valle Mar 28th April for 5 days with my sister, our 3rd visit to the hotel. We had garden facing rooms, lovely large balcony, comfortable beds and pillows. This is the second stay at the hotel. Love the beautiful grounds and the location. The buffet food was of a high standard. The only disappoint were chilly pools It's a shame they can't use some of the solar power to heat the pools. We would definitely return.

November 4th 2025. Lovely hotel, 90 mins from the airport. It is clean, the food good and very nice friendly staff. The TUI rep was there a few hours each morning but no welcome meeting( so no trip selling, there was a brochure book only) as maybe 5% English mostly German with maybe 25% Spanish. We have had three lovely weeks in this great place. The surrounding was beautiful with a lot of space to stroll around in. Big and spacious room with balcony and nice see view. The restaurant delivered food with a great variety of dishes. Convenient with shuttlebus to town. The staff were polite and service minded.
