My daughter's very first holiday abroad and my first holiday in years, we came with my parents and we have similar updated room/apartment. I stayed in room 211 there was a few issues in mine but it didn't spoil our holiday. The net on the windows noticed there was a tear in it and dirty think it's make up on it and also think it's paint on top of it too. The flooring in the bathroom is not finished...

The resort is excellent for a lovely relaxing holiday. There are many excursions available from many outlets, so shop around before you commit is the only suggestion I would offer. If, like me, your mobility isn't what once it was, there is a regular bus service, little train service, taxis galore and if you prefer you can hire twin or solo mobility scooters. We have been before and enjoyed it enough to return! For 3 stars it is to be expected…. Rooms need updating and general minor repairs, food is ok but staff are generally great! A few tips though; make sure the lights in communal toilets work and there is enough toilet paper; have 2 members of staff on the bar for busy periods!!

My wife and I spent a great week at Callao Garden. The hotel is in a great location close to bus routes than can get you most places on the island. Shops and restaurants are a short walk away. We have just stayed at the Piramides hotel once again, the staff are all very helpful. Manuel the barman is always in party mode,we stayed all inclusive and certainly got our money's worth. I have stayed here multiple times and will always try to stay here. Location is excellent and the service from the staff is great especially Manuell. All inclusive drinks are all your local spirits. You get what you pay for. If you want a good atmosphere round the pool then this is the place for you.

The clientele was not friendly and there was loud yelling in the middle of the night. The front desk was not bad, but the facilities were old and the overall impression was gloomy.

Arrived late ish. No pillows on bed. Asked reception for pillows who said the laundry is closed?? Towels aren’t changed daily which I personally think is disgusting. I change my towels daily at home.

Our apartment was clean, spacious, bright and very comfortable. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom which was amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful. This is the second time at these apartments , both times we stopped in a 2 storey duplex apartment . The apartments are in a brilliant location , close to the beach , bars and restaurants . The complex, apartments and pool area is very clean and gardens are kept very well manicured . Will defiantly be returning in the future .

It's a nice hotel with lots of lovely features (games room,pool tables, table tennis, dart board, chess, library, mini golf amongst other things), but could do with a bit of tlc and attention to detail. I really don't understand the layout of the room. Especially the kitchen in the room that is dispensable takes up a lot of space. The room has a very old smell. The quilt (actually a bed sheet) is very cold. What I can't stand the most is the toilet. This hotel reduces my desire to go to the toilet and take a shower. But the scenery outside is beautiful.

This is largely an owners club and as guests we felt an undercurrent of resentment. The service is impeccable and the staff efficient and friendly and the food is very good. However if you leave your room in a "mess" you will be charged another 15 euro. If you are a smoker forget it. The location is excellent. The reception staff was smiling and polite. However, they really made it feel like a "forced smile." Everything would be fine, but there were cockroaches in the rooms. They most likely crawl in from the bathroom drains. We stayed in different rooms, and they were everywhere. It was very noisy at night from cafes and Chinese restaurants.

It’s a good option to stay in what I guess is in a high(normal/non-pandemic) season full of people. The food is variable but nothing that you fall off the chair from. Majority of the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Some good points friendly and good beach front position. They was working on construction around the pool which disturbed the ambience. Queing up till 0930 for sunbeds felt like I was going back to the 90s. Check in and check out was good. Breakfast good for price point.

If you’re a senior citizen from the UK it’s perfect for you. However if you’re looking for a fresher younger vibe I’d look at the H10 in Playa del Duque. The staff here were great but being the only two under 60 is a bit of a weird feeling

Tenerife sur is an excellent hotel. This is our second visit and we have not been disappointed. The services are first class. The hotel is clean and friendly and the staff are most helpful. We are looking forward to our next visit later in the year.

Great location. Bars, restraunts & shops all around the area. Great grounds & large swimming pool. Taxi rank just outside but only 200 yards to town centre. This hotel offers self catering facilities, one bedroom apartments & also single apartments for couples. It also has a very nice restraunt of its own.

Clean but dated, no air conditioning, WiFi charged daily. Fine for a place to put your head down with nice pool but needs a couple of additional tweaks to boost its rating. Staff helpful and friendly and maid service was good.

Decent apartments for the money, clean and spacious rooms, but not all of them, you will have to look for one which suits your needs. Pool area is a bit small and flocked during busy times. Not that far away from town center, taxi is always waiting in front of the hotel anyway.

Great location, nice helpful staff. The only issue is the WiFi is terrible unless you’re sat at reception, they need to sort out this problem. Also the rooms don’t get cleaned while you stay.

Nice appartment complex, with quite medium sized pool area. The floors are clean and look okay. Also parking is possible with private access. The street in front of the house is a little noisy but it's okay. The beach and little shops are very close. I can recommend it!

Scruffy rooms in an area which made you feel unsafe. Cheap hotel though, nice pool area too. Very dusty room but clean bed linen.
