Friendly service, always helpful. Breakfast was tasty and with lots of choices. You need mostly a taxi to truly move around, but that's not a big issue, in my opinion. Spacious rooms with nice balcony and the pool was great.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay. Check in was so simple and room was ready early. Staff are so friendly and helpful, felt very safe as a solo traveler . Very comfortable beds. The resort is excellent for a lovely relaxing holiday. There are many excursions available from many outlets, so shop around before you commit is the only suggestion I would offer. If, like me, your mobility isn't what once it was, there is a regular bus service, little train service, taxis galore and if you prefer you can hire twin or solo mobility scooters. I have stayed here multiple times and will always try to stay here. Location is excellent and the service from the staff is great especially Manuell. All inclusive drinks are all your local spirits. You get what you pay for. If you want a good atmosphere round the pool then this is the place for you.

The clientele was not friendly and there was loud yelling in the middle of the night. The front desk was not bad, but the facilities were old and the overall impression was gloomy.

Cheap and cheerful. Food tasty and fresh (few choices) and the staff eat here so you know the food is good. Stayed here in April, decent and clean but a massive flaw is the sunbed situation, not enough of them and we were forced to go the beach most days as we had nowhere to relax. We had a really warm welcome, surprise champagne when they realised we were celebrating a birthday and the chance to freshen up in a room after check out and before our flight. It felt like they were going out of the way to make your trip comfortable and special. I'd recommend!

All about the breakfast….. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. The air conditioning wasn’t great, struggled to lower the temperature from 28c to 25c despite being on all night. I was moved from a lower room overlooking the carpark to one higher up. Sea view is extra.

If you’re a senior citizen from the UK it’s perfect for you. However if you’re looking for a fresher younger vibe I’d look at the H10 in Playa del Duque. The staff here were great but being the only two under 60 is a bit of a weird feeling

Had best experience here hotel was lovely and clean room was very spacious. No air con but they provided a free fan which worked fine or can pay to hire a AC unit for 80€ for week. Good hotel if your looking for a quiet holiday. Adult only so no screaming kids bonus. Room was great, really clean and only a 5 min walk to the beach. Had a brilliant stay at Paloma Beach. We had a lovely apartment which had everything needed. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The only minor negative was the hot tub was not working. Will definitely be returning.

The air conditioning was only in one room - the bedroom and very noisy. The beds were awful, very hard and I woke up with a bad neck everyday. Booked for 5 days. Stayed in a studio apartment. Accommodation was clean. Bottle of water in fridge for arrival which was a nice touch. Close to eating areas and about 15 mins to beach. Our major issue was sunbeds at the pool. Too many apartments and no where near enough sunbeds or the space to put them. Asked lifeguard who kindly offered to get white plastic chairs for us. The local area is full nice Spanish restaurants if you look for them and the hotel restaurant is quite nice if you don’t want to go out. Walkable distance to los Cristianos beach. Actually very good. Cheap and pretty close to the centre, probably 10 min of walking. The shower is a bit unsteady but who cares. Didn't see many cockroaches, but it seems to be an issue in puerto cruz in general. It's a simple hotel for a simple price.
