Spacious room, very clean, friendly staff, lots of breakfast options, good location in centre go out and about.

I must say it exceeded my expectations!!!
The location is super good. The Atocha train station can be reached directly by subway, and the bus station can also be reached by one transfer. It is a 3-minute walk from the subway station. When you go out, you will see a street full of young brands. You can walk to Gran Via. Beher (a ham store, where you can have breakfast for two consecutive days) and Honest Greens (Chinese people need vegetables) on the road are highly recommended. There are also Carrefour Express McDonald's and large supermarkets on the road, which are super.
The room facilities are relatively new overall, the staff are very diligent, the public areas are clean and tidy, and there is nothing unsatisfactory except that there are no twin rooms. The price-performance ratio is very high!

Great Hotel for a 2 star hotel. Hotel prices in Madrid are expensive so I would rate this a pretty good hotel. The staff is amazing and helpful. There was a front desk staff named Ignacio I think, I dont think I am naming the person right but he was very helpful and amazing. Informed us of things to do, places to go and was just very kind in general.
The hotel is about 20 minutes walk to center area but the metro is only 200mts away. The location has lots of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and churro places. Night time also is happening in the area.
Would definitely recommend this.

There are subway and bus stations just outside the hotel. The transportation is very convenient. The breakfast is also very nice.

The location is good, not far from the scenic spot, very close to the subway station, and convenient for travel. The front desk is warm and considerate, and there is a beautiful woman who can speak simple Chinese. The room size is adequate, but it's a little noisy downstairs. After all, the surrounding area is very lively, but it's not a big problem to sleep with the window closed.

The hotel is quite new and is OK as a place to stay.
There is just nothing, especially apartments for international students.

The advantage is that it is very close to the bilbao subway station, 2-3 minutes walk.
There are also many restaurants nearby.
