Nice location, clean rooms and comfy beds. Very modern. They use thumb print scanner to open the doors, very rad kudos for that.
Cons:
1. I didn't feel hostel/friendly vibe there.
2. One of their staff member during the night-shift was really rude. We checked out at 4am because we had early morning flight, not only he didn't return us our 30£ deposit but was very rude while talking. Just an A-hole. Although we did get our deposit refunded back few days later, operator on phone was pretty sorry for the incident.
Lesson learned - get everything written on a physical receipt especially about the money you paid, cash or otherwise.

I'll echo others on great location and cleanliness. Modern everything. Beds comfy. Cons? There really isn't a super friendly hostel like vibe. And I get it- I chose to stay in the middle of it all- as a result I didn't rest well here. I stayed in a four bed room and we needed to keep the window open at night. Even on the 6th floor you can here all the merry making well past 4am. The noise it just something I'm sensitive too. As result not sure I'd stay here again- install fans (so windows could be closed) and it would a total game changer...

Very nice. I haven't been in a Hostel before, but I think that the price I paid is way to low for the quality of this hostel. Very good. It's not to fancy but it's good. Very friendly workers. Very clean. If I'd come back, for sure I would stay here again.

Stayed in a 4 room dorm. Very spacious and clean. The design of the place was very modern! Breakfast was extra but the buffet spread was very decent. The location is in the heart of the the city! I fully recommend staying here.

This hostel is located near Puerta del Sol, within walking distance. It's a highly recommended, large chain youth hostel with breakfast available for an additional charge.

The staff is the best asset of this hotel. The location is fantastic, in the real heart of the citi, close to Plaza del Sol. Shopping centers and recreational at walking distance. Wonderful communications with other parts of the city by metro and train.

Compare to Toc Seville, this was such a downgrade. The staff are extremely rude and impatient. You have to pay for luggage storage and there is no waiting area.

I had a fantastic stay at Toc Hostel Madrid! The location is unbeatable-just a short walk from Puerta del Sol.

Great hotel! Repairs in 2016-17. A quiet city center. Supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Breakfast with such a variety of fruits, meats, delicious sausages and pastries.... Scrambled, fried, etc. also optional. Coffee and champagne for Breakfast is great! We next time only here!

Hotel has recently been refurbished so it's pretty much new! Clean and comfy rooms, efficient staff and favourable location as it's within walking distance from great shops, bars and restaurantes.

The hotel is good located in the center, all within walking distance, but could do with redecorating in the room, but it is not critical, in General the impression of a does not affect

Cozy. Clean. Quiet. The rooms facing the street have good external soundproofing and a beautiful view from the window.

It was very very busy. The menu looked great and ribs appetizing, but in reality they were very chewy as they had not been slow cooked. Service was fast and the impromptu line dance from the staff was entertaining.

Worst experience ever, food late 1:20 min , burgers came cold and we found a long hair inside the burger !!!

Trying too hard to be a real American restaurant but the food is not that great. The staff is friendly so that is a positive thing.

We arrived at 3:30, it was busty and we were told it would be a 10 minute wait, fine we said so sat by the bar expecting to get a drink. Well the staff were all going non-stop but there was no one serving at bar and now half a dozen of us sat twiddling our thumbs. We eventually did get a drink and a table, but again a long wait to order our food, which we did just after 4pm!
I had the Sirloin Steak, I asked for medium, it was medium rare, as was my partners, still tasted good and I recommend the onion rings as a side.
So, good food, the Waitress's were doing a sterling job serving, but the place more staff and this would sadly but me off eating there again.
