The hotel has an excellent location very close to Plaza Mayor / Gran Via and very friendly staff!! The room was not bad for the budget. A slightly more comfortable mattress would be very much appreciated. If I would return to Madrid I would choose the same hotel for my stay given its price range and location, perfect for short city trips

Great location! You can go all of the main sites .. 20-25 min walk. Sweet hotel, but the room is small and need a floor touch up. Thank you

Amazing hotel. So great to have access to such a nice hotel instead of Airbnb's. Very friendly front desk and the easiest check-in. I booked with Booking.com website. It was easy to find from the train station with the #10 metro line. Very clean. Fresh air inside and the AC worked great. Shower with plenty of space and water pressure. A little too strong of a smell of cleaning products but maybe it's because of the pandemic. I love the tiny patio we have. There are 2 in the room. They face other windows but still very cute. A great desk to sit and perfect speed wifi. Upstairs on the 5th floor is a common area that's very spacious and has inside and outside area with a lot of outlets and free coffee and tea and juice and water and fruits. Great touch. Everything is contactless with the cards for the rooms and credit cards. Great hotel. Highly recommended and I thought the price is really good because the location is superb.

location: north of gran via. not too far from the subway. a little uphill. in the middle of the shopping street. relatively close to all the tourist spots. close to many good restaurants. rooms: a bit small but clean. free coffee and juice and snacks of the 5th floor with a nice patio balcony. service. great, kind and even provides a bag of free drinks with fruit and breakfast. overall: nice place to stay.

Great great hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful! We have a good accessible room for disabled people. There is a walk in shower with a chair. Location is fantastic! Near chueka en malasana!

Really good location for the shopping and bars of Chueca. The hotel is friendly and really nicely laid out rooms, we had a stylish room with bare brick work and two balconies. The bed was large and firm, very comfortable. Free coffee bar with fruit and a seating area and a small breakfast left on your door in the morning. Very impressed.

Great location, large and comfortable bed with a lovely terrace when on the 5th floor. Quick and easy check-in and they left breakfast for us on our doorstep as we had an early check-out. Great value for budget travellers.

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel and in both occasions the experience was great. As a solo traveller you often fear that you would end up in tiny room with little space you know "the left overs". In this hotel, however, you don't. The rooms for solo travellers are well thought and cleverly designed. Perfectly located the hotel adds to your amazing experiences made in Madrid

Very nice hotel in the heart of Madrid. Close to everything, nicely styled, clean and comfortable. Descent priced. Recommended.

Great location and very friendly staff who are happy to assist you. No breakfast as in UK style but they have a basic café type room which has a microwave, fridge, coffee etc but has no plates so unable to eat warmed up foods. Room was basic but always cleaned [every day]. Air con was very useful as it was average 30c during our stay. Will post a fuller review in the next few days at rainbowworld4all.co.uk/explore
