We really enjoyed our stay here,great location , apartment had just about everything we needed (apart from a washing machine) aircon was a bit weak but there was also a fan so we managed even in August. If We where in Valencia again I would go back here.

The accommodation is very centrally located, but unfortunately, the bathroom smelled like sewage. Everything else looked clean, but the rooms are old and run-down, and the soundproofing is poor. I had trouble sleeping; my room faced the street, and the noise from the refrigerator didn't help either. I wouldn't stay there again.

The hotel is very well located, n the apartment large however the cleanliness was minimum, from the first day the floor was very dirty which I could tell from the bottom of my socks, the bathrooms need a total reform, the apartment was quiet as it was out of season and perfect for access to lots of attractions in the old town.

What we liked was: 1.The central location in the Old Town within walking distance of amenities. 2. The efficient air-conditioning and hot water that kept us comfortable 3. Availability of the staff even on Christmas day. 4. The regular change of bed linen and towels. What we disliked was: 1. The jarring noises of furniture being dragged on the tiled floors at all hours, day or night. 2. The dirty floor. We know this because our socks were soiled even though we never wore outdoor footwear indoors. 3. The water from the shower floods the floor of the toilet area. 4. The variable wi-fi service which disappeared at times. Despite the drawbacks, it's still a great place to stay.

I assumed that after what happened in the province, Valencia would be more welcoming, and I understand many of the situations that occurred. A few days ago, my sister had a reservation through ***********; she's in Europe, and I'm in Colombia. We were trying to figure out if the city was a viable option, if the marathon would even take place. We know that hotels, restaurants, and shops benefit from the marathon, but for the runners, until last Friday, the organizers—who, frankly, handled this very poorly and with total disrespect—told us that the marathon would go ahead. With so much stress and no news, my sister was charged half the reservation when she tried to cancel, but she wrote to them, hoping they would understand that the situation wasn't easy for those of us who are abroad. I don't know if you realize the huge effort it takes for a Latino to save up to pay for a hotel in euros. They told her they would honor her reservation if we went, and now they're telling us no, that we lose the money, and that they'll send us a new quote. It's devastating that you don't put yourselves in other people's shoes, even after what happened there, and that you try to profit, knowing the anguish that was experienced and the news that comes in, where just 2,000 people are homeless. I hope you'll come to your senses and return my sister's reservation at no additional cost and not keep half of the money. I leave it to your conscience. Regards.

(+) Very friendly and attentive staff, worried for customers. The space is very big, with all kinds of services: laundry, parking, oven, fridge… and in a great location.

(-) I guess the apartment i was assigned to is not the best… I imagine other bathrooms are as clean as in the advertisements, but this is not what i found. I think the management should address the humidity in the shower before offering the room to other customers.

While the location was perfect to enjoy walking the old city, restaurants and history of Valencia, this is a tired and worn property that is in need of some serious upgrades. The “apartment” was a good size but the overwhelming smell of sewer gas emanating from the bathroom was quite nauseating. The staff tried to cover it up with an industrial grade diffuser, which in our world is as intolerable as the sewer gas. If you stay facing the rear of the property, the outdoor bar and patio will provide you with entertainment well into the wee hours. Ours was, fortunately, a short visit. On the positive side, Valencia is an amazing city and teeming with sights, sounds and tastes.

The apartments are very central to the old town making it convientiant to get around. The entrance way is charming and there is a courtyard out the back which guests can use. We bought wine and nibbles from the central market to eat and sat outside. However, what was very disappointing was the size of the 2 bedroom apartment. One room is large with natural light and aircon and is what you see in the online picture What it doesnt show you is the second room can literally only just fit the bed and no more. There was no aircon and very limited natutral light from a small window up high near the ceiling. As we were two couples traveling together, it was an awkward situation. The front desk staff gave us the option for my husband to sleep on the couch or we cancel the booking (at our cost) and go somewhere else. It was also implied I should have known however nothing on their website would show you this. I thought them very disingenuous. We did stay, my husband slept on the couch for 3 nights, I had to sleep with the bedroom door open to get cool air and our suitcases had to be kept in the lounge. Not the romantic get away we had hoped for.

We had great time at these apartments. It is a traditional building with appropriate decoration. Our room had excellent facilities, very clean, airy and large bathrooms. Would recommend a stay.

We were celebrating a birthday and had a great time! The show by Miranda great: he knew how to connect with the public and then we did pictures with her. The local avarage and dinner, is quite poor for what it costs (though of course, includes there the show). It wasn't bad food, just that we're hungry...
