Lovely owners that lived many years in italy and shows it in a lot of small and nice details.
Rooms are clean and lean. Great breakfasts. We ordered once a dinner and it was awesome!

Given how close you are to the main road it was remarkable how peaceful and quiet it was at Sounds of Nature as you do feel, and are surrounded by nature. A couple of minutes walk further down the lane takes you to a rocky beach where we watched turtles and local fishermen. It’s a short walk to the coconut hill lookout and a slightly longer one or short tuktuk ride to Mirissa beach, and shops and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was very tasty. The owners called tuttuks and taxis for us and I am sure would have arranged other tours had we requested them. We highly recommend Sounds of Nature as an oasis in Mirissa.

Far from places where you can have a nice time, even from places where you can eat deliciously. Everything else is cool: hot water, fast internet, air conditioning and a kitchen

The hotel is managed by an old couple. They are very welcoming and do everything they can to help you. The place is nice and quiet.

Great hosts, very friendly and helpful! Very tasty and plentiful breakfasts. Clean linen, good cleaning in the rooms. In the evenings, we did yoga on the roof, not hot, the wind from the sea and the sound of the surf. If they also made a canopy on the roof, then you can safely conduct yoga tours and book the entire hotel during the rainy season. They arranged a farewell dinner for us, it was very tasty and pleasant! This place left only pleasant memories! Thank you.
