I chose this place the night before going to Horton Plains. The room is quite big and the toilet is all tiled. It is simple but clean. It feels very lifelike, just like living in the countryside when I was a kid. People around will greet you, even the puppies are happy. The B&B prepared breakfast that you can take with you.

This happens to be a very peaceful, serene stay at Nwara E. We spent a night here, with our family, and it lived up to the expectations.

Rooms were clean. The crew was good at what they did.

Overall, this is a high recommend.

Nice room, on the mountain, the owner is very polite, providing coffee and afternoon tea snacks. In addition, be sure to bring more clothes, it is really cold on the mountain

The room is very good, the price is very suitable, and the cost performance is very high. The most important thing is that the chef team provides delicious food that suits the Chinese taste 🥘, which saved me from stomach problems. Thank you 🙏

The waiters are very enthusiastic. The location of the hotel is too bad. It is on an unknown road and the nearest supermarket is 5 kilometers away. It can't be further from the city center. If you want to live in and take a rest, it's impossible to go out for fun. It was cold and windy on the mountain, the bed was damp, and there was no air conditioning. The water stopped when I got up early, and although it came later, it was impossible to take a shower. Very bad experience.

Great experience rooms are very clean and customer service also good .Both break fast and dinner taste is very good .Really it's worth for money to stay at this hotel .The view from this hotel is really awesome I really appreciate their service .I will suggest to all

We stayed here for one night and booked two rooms .Rooms are well maintained and worth for the money .I liked the hospitality of the manager and chef .The chef was not hesitating to our ad hoc requests.Manager was also very kind and helpful.I would vouch for this stay.

One of the best place that I've stay in Nuwara Eliya. This place is about 1.5 km away from the gregory lake. So quite and clam place with nice flowers & clean, nice, spacious and mordern rooms. Foods were awesome. Really nice and attentive staff. really worth the money.Thank you so much for everything. Keep it up

This place is located in a quiet area and with a decent view of the surrounding. The staff was helpful and catered to our personal requests, when needed. The breakfast was amazing and we had a pleasant stay.

I made a last minute booking for a superior family room for 4 persons. Lahiru - the manager was friendly, helpful and polite on the phone and also in person. He knew what customer service means. The room was beautiful, bright, clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean and lovely. I really loved the location of this beautiful hotel. It was quite and the atmosphere and the surroundings were just awesome! Check the photos out. I have stayed in many hotels. I highly recommend this hotel especially if you’re traveling in a group.
