Beautiful spot right at the end of town. The location and view of town and mountains is equal to what you see from view point.
The Access road (beyond the control of ChezAllen), is a challenge if in a vehicle...we were in a van and found parking and access quite difficult.
The room we got first was smelling very strongly and had to ask for a change of room, which was obliged. The quilt /blanket in another room was also smelly and clearly had not been laundered.
The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. A little more training would help make them more efficient and aware.
Attention to detail ....would add to room amenities and quality. Little things like replacing water in room, .. Kettle was non functional in one room (and was replaced), other rooms had no kettle. Just two tea bags as complementary for 4 days of stay...were some little matters to attend and enhance quality.
Overall we had a pleasant stay. Thank you.

The lady who greeted us, I think her name was Lakshitha was really lovely!. Her staff were great! We parked out the front with no problems. Food was delicious!

A very beautiful cottage top of the mountain. little far from center 10 mins walking distance. It is so beautiful at night. Love their service including their food. Staffs are so helpful and friendly, clean and nice ambiance.

Had a great stay! The service was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. They have both rooftop and indoor dine-in areas with tasty food. Definitely value for money!

A tranquil place located in the upper echelons of the city, fringing the pine decked hills overlooking the city.
Do visit their rooftop for spectacular views and their restaurant for the food!
The better rooms are situated on the second floor, whereas the kitchen is on the first. Recommend you request accordingly for a better view.

Very beautiful hotel, tastefully decorated, and perfect beds. The view from our corner room was phenomenal. Delicious dinner and breakfast. After arrival, we enjoyed sitting by the fireplace on the first floor. There are also a few local games available there.

Extremely well maintained property with helpful and friendly staff. Great views of the mountains from the balcony. English breakfast is good and the fireplace was an icing on the cake :) Climb up to the homestay can be difficult for heavy vehicles though.

We stayed at Chez Allen for 3 days.the view from the hotel was good.room was very clean and comfortable .dinner and breakfast very nice.tea was very good.the staff there are very friendly and helpful.it was a great stay.highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We got welcome tea which was a nice touch and the staff was very helpful. Comfortable, clean rooms and a fun decor for the hotel. Nice to have some lounges to relax in on every floor. Also offers a beautiful view of the town, check out the rooftop! We wished we could stay longer to explore this lovely place.

The hotel is situated big outside of the town, but if you walk, it is approx 2km (30 minutes) to the center. There is great view for the hotel on surrounding mountains. Hotel is nice and clear with nice atmosphere. Great value for money. Recommend to stay here.
