Poor hotel compared to others we stayed in. Toiletries not properly supplied, had to request twice. Bedroom very noisy from other guests. Restaurant was a nightmare. Children running around throughout and screaming wild, no staff asked them to settle. Cheap coffee (Nescafé sachets!) in restaurant 🫣 Would certainly not recommend - find alternative hotel

Staff were not welcoming - didn’t even say hello. They immediately took our passport and took a photo on their phone. We got shown to our room which was cold and dark. There was no balcony (which was advertised). The front of the building also had been boarded up over the windows which made it look terrible.

Thilina hotel is best place in nuwareliya . lovely location because in front the horse race cour and near the town.Comfortable rooms, delicious foods, hot water, parking areas and many more facilities .... lovely place.....friendly service... ❤️

The hotel is in front of race course and very close to the town. Went with 3 families and had a very nice stay. Rooms are spacious, clean and same as in pictures. The chef was not available during our period, but the manager was so kind to order our dinner from out side. The restaurant in upstairs had a nice look through glass windows. Good location. Great value for money.
