Service at the front entrance desk was fantastic the girls were so friendly and helpful and made a warm welcome. Location is great walking distance to all restaurants. Our Tuk Yuk was not working and the staff came straight out to us to help and make sure we were okay . The mechanic arrived and we were off on our way again.

Great place for drinks and parties. The food was good, the location is excellent, and the service was friendly and fast. Highly recommended!

I had a terrible experience at Ceylon Sea Hotel. Their service is extremely poor — even basic facilities like cool water and hot water were not available during the wedding ceremony! The staff seemed unprepared and unhelpful throughout the event. It was a huge disappointment and a total waste of money. I strongly advise others not to choose this hotel for any function or stay. They completely ruined the experience for the guests.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing and unprofessional. We held my sister’s wedding here, and during the event, a man—who was later confirmed by staff to be the owner—came to the bar, interacted with our guests, and even took several bites and shots from our wedding food and drinks. This behavior was extremely inappropriate and made us feel uncomfortable.
Additionally, the staff seemed poorly trained and unresponsive. When we asked for assistance or requested something, they often ignored us or failed to follow through. The only positive aspect was the food, which was genuinely delicious.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, especially for important events like weddings.

Very good hotel! We stayed there for 6 nights and everything was great. The rooms look newly renovated and are clean. Air conditioning works in all rooms, there is hot water. The breakfast is delicious and fresh! The service is the best, very helpful and tries to fulfill every wish. The hotel is right on the beach, you have breakfast with a great view. Thank you for the great stay!

I and my husband spent our first night at Ceylon sea. Very calm, lovely and quite place with really very friendly, flexible and pleasant staff. Rooms are well equipped, clean and tidy. They have large space inside. The garden has seating area. At night this place is very beautiful to see.
