The rooms in Janora Hills are of a good size, the bed was comfortable and the pillow was soft. However there were holes/ tears in the sheet and pillow case. Our bin in the bathroom had not been emptied and still had the previous guests rubbish plus the bathroom window seals had not been cleaned very well. The staff were extremely friendly. Kettle and cups provided in the room for making tea and coffee, but they will charge you for having small portion of milk. Having had a poor experience with a PickMe driver we used the mini bus driver located outside of the guesthouse Roy Kumare Tours and can recommend him for any requests you have, he drove us to Mirissa which is a long journey, his driving was calm and we felt safe.

Great place for family with young children I been to this hotel twice and the last was December 2023. This is a great place for family. Triple rooms are very spaces and has 2 comfortable beds , coffee table and chairs. It all has small balcony looking towards hill side. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean . Location is quiet and very close to the kandy city area and short walks to kandy lake. Access to the location is also easy. Food alos available on request and food also nice. This hotel is great value for money and highly recommended.

The rooms are lovely, clean and equipped with everything you need. A great location with some nice restaurants around, close to the lake and only a 10 minute stroll into the city centre - perfect! Wonderful service from both the owners as well as Keeth who looks after the front desk. Thank you so much for the lovely stay :)

I have been there twice and its simply because the quality that you get for the money. Rooms are very clean and spacious with nice balconies. They maintain a good standard. Situated in a convenient location.

Very good spacy and clean rooms. friendly staff. One man show, but he is experienced. Immediately attend your complain. Dont expect too much for that price. Nice views One night stay of family members. Select town view rooms
