These are the bunch of waiter who looked after us during our evening meal. Nothing was too much of a trouble, the Reception staff including the porters were equally efficient. 10/10. Well done guys.

Absolutely stunning, giant compound with an extensive history! They even offer a history walking tour but unfortunately there weren’t enough people signed up to make the tour happen. If you’re looking for a “colonial” stay, this is a great place. I recommend just walking around to see it for yourself. It’s also right on Kandy Lake, so it’s a nice walk (and not too far from the Kandyan Culture Center and the Sacred Tooth Temple
Meals were good, but service sometimes is a little messy. Buffet was missing things like tongs or a cloth over the tray handles (which were hot to touch), but there’s a lot of servers walking around so I’m sure they’ll be able to do double-checks on this

The facilities are very old, many designs are unfriendly, the bathroom facilities are average, and the breakfast is rich

Hotel Suisse carries a colonial charm that takes you back in time. The food is good, offering a fair range of choices. However, the dining experience was slightly marred by some worn napkins. The air conditioning in our room was a bit loud, but it didn't keep us from having a comfortable stay. I might look into other hotels in the area next time to experience something different.

The room is large, the facilities are a bit older, but very spacious. I think the hotel has its own elevator, but I can't tell the brand. The Buddha Tooth Relic Temple is opposite Kandy Lake and can be reached in 15-20 minutes on foot. The Ctrip rating of 3.5 is a bit low, but generally it's good. There are many Europeans, and the catering is European/Indian curry style.

Maybe it took too long to find the order, so we were given a suite with a large bedroom + bathroom + living room. 400 yuan includes breakfast + dinner for two people, child free is really very friendly.
It can only be said that the hotel is very old and the facilities are indeed a little behind, but overall the price/performance ratio is very good.

This was the fourth time I stayed at Hotel Suisse. Great place. Good hospitality. It was a pleasant stay.
The two you receptionist need to get more experience. They did not find any records of my trip.com booking.

Peaceful stay. Rooms were clean and spacious. Beautiful view of lake infront of the hotel. Nice property and staff. Food was good. Near to the market.

Once legendary hotel now getting deteriorated due to non maintenance. Nicely located in Kandy lake round. Decent buffet.

One of the old hotel in Kandy. Built according to old british architecture .Locate in front of beautiful Kandy lake in heart of kandy city. Its near to all the main visiting places in kandy. Reasonable price.
