Worst hotel. Food tribal, Customer service nightmare. We styed from 12th to 15th April 3 nights. Pls don't even think to stay in this hotel

I made the reservation at the last minute and requested that our family and friends be placed on the same floor. They managed to arrange it within 45 minutes, which was really impressive!

The location is lovely, and the rooms were nice too. The only downside was that we had an unexpected case of food poisoning before arriving at the hotel. Unfortunately, we couldn't get any hot water or assistance during the night, as the kitchen was closed and there were no staff members available at that time.

Other than that, the breakfast was very lovely, everything else was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Above all, the price was very reasonable.

The reception did a fantastic work with their team. Very good service. Parking. Billiard. Pool & Baby Pool. Private Beach. Cannot ask for more. Their rooms are very comfortable and the one I stayed had a beautiful balcony view to the sea and their pool. They have both set menu and buffet.

Sorry to say my family had the worst experience of 2 nights in this hotel. The front office manager Joel lied to us when booking. He promised buffet meals but not a single meal was a buffet. Hopeless set menu especially the dinner. Room lock was broken and AC was several times automatically stopped. Gym is not functioning though he said it is there. Poor service altogether

I had booked a room with breakfast and dinner plan. After I checked in, I saw the room was not cleaned beneath the cost, balcony was shabby, shower was rusted, faucet was rusted. I requested for more water bottles as they had provided only two half litre bottles. Any human being can survive without food for days but not without sufficient water and in general one person needs atleast 3.5 to 4 litres per day. I told him the same, but he said it is management policy. Secondly, it was spectacular focally mentioned to provide veg meals for dinner and they did not. After arguing for another half an hour, finally he agreed to provide veg kothu and fried rice. As a compliment, he asked me to ask for some drinks. I said I don't drink, if he was really interested he may tell the staff to give Coca-Cola. Ge agreed and told the staff. Astonishingly, when we checked out today, he demanded 500 LKR from our driver friend for the Coca-Cola. I strongly do not recommend this s lodge to anybody. Their behaviour was worst. Not ready to listen. The staff doesn't know English. I don't know how they are doing business. I saw the reviews. Earlier they had 4 + rating and in the last 2-3 years it is declined ned to 2.5, which itself indicate the decline of the quality . I would have recommended minus points (stars) to this place, but there is no provision.

Good view and good foods stayed for two night need more staffs to support. Please make sure some one in front of staircase, so that will easy to have to find the lobby

Whilst I was out of the room a glass panel fell off the sink and smashed - they asked me to pay $100, even though they agree that I was out walking - I reluctantly settled on $50 as had a flight to catch. Pool and beach very nice but breakfast buffet awful (Lumini in the restaurant was such a nice person) Looking back I’m pretty sure I was scammed.

Property is fantastic as far as Location, Swimming Pool, Beach View and Access is concerned. Hotel would do better if it improves Services, Maintainence, Management. Plumbing, Electrical and basic Room Maintainance needs improvement. Food and Restaurant is above average but it needs a better Management. We stayed here for two nights, enjoyed the Swimming Pool, Beach, a Deer walking on the Lawns was a pleasant surrise but... We had asked for a packed Breakfast at the time of our early morning check out. Inspite of several instructions we found a piece of Sandwich, a banana and a small tetrapack of cold drink in our packed breakfast.

Bad service experience and very dirty environment bad smile with room bad bed sheet and bed arrangements ,very cheap breakfast buffet and Welcome drinks served in uncleaned glasses Very dirty bathroom and A room with a very bad smelling bathroom, which has no ventilation windows and is arranged so that the air cannot escape.
