The location is beautiful, with a gigantic private beach in front of the rooms, as well as a beautiful garden and pool. The area is also beautiful, green and relaxing. The resort is a bit isolated from the city, though Tuk Tuks are available and you can get in Trinco in about 10/15 minutes. There’s also a restaurant within the hotel with a good food variety and decent quality (fish much better than meat) and prices. The staff is friendly and accommodating. However, there’s a few aspects that can and should be improved : - the rooms are very simple, which is not an issue in itself, but a few things like the shower should be modernised as if you’re taller than 175cm you’re gonna have troubles - The hotel does not offer any cocktail, only a few juices, one type of beer, and one type of overpriced wine, but given how far from the city it is, it makes it a bit uncomfortable - For the meals, you have to tell many hours in advance what you’d like to eat. For example, they ask what you want for dinner immediately after lunch, which means that if you order too little, you’re left with little to nothing. Overall, it’s a great place to relax for a good price, great value for money if you’re looking for a place to chill and rest, but you need to come prepared with some snacks if you plan on staying for more than a couple days. It’s a bit of a shame, because with a little more effort this could easily be a 4 stars resort.

Simple but nice and clean hotel directly at the beach. The swimminig pool is ok. Manager is very customer friendly, flexibel and pragmatic. You need a tuk tuk to commute from and to the hotel. I can recommend this hotel if you want to spend some quite days at the beach.

We visited Pearl Oceanic Resort on our Sri Lanka roundtrip. This resort is well situated at the beach. The staff was friendly and they served good meals. The day of arrival it was also possible to order some pizza's. We had al lovely time and visited Pigean Island for snorkeling and we made a boattrip to spot dolphins. We saw at least 50 different dolphins!

A charming hotel, located away from the busy tourist hub Nilaveli. Stayed at one of their beachfront rooms (all are facing the beach), and the view was incomparable. The manager Krishan went out of his way to facilitate us as were traveling with our 2-year-old toddler. The beach was all ours during our 02 day stay...

We were visited there in 2020 during covid 19 season, place is fantastic and if anyone wants to relax in beach this is the ideal place. Service is really appreciated. from 2020 we are regular guest of this nice place. We visit the place annually. and we are going there in this year end also. Thank you for the amazing hospitality

If you are looking for a calm and quiet beach stay in Trincomalee, this is the place. It offers clean, tidy, and spacious rooms with all the basic amenities for a comfortable stay. They have a good menu with a variety of foods. The customer service provided by the staff is superb. I was a solo traveler in the off-season in Trinco and on the night of my stay there was a cyclone in the area. Even in the middle of the night, the staff assured my security and provided me with an emergency light and a power bank to use if a power cut happens. Specially the attentiveness and politeness of Krishanth is highly appreciated. I will surely travel to this place again.

This is really a hidden gem for someone who really wants to be on a calm, relaxed beach holiday. I am a regular holiday visitor to Trincomalee, so am familer with most hotels. So, I don't know how I missed this one till to date! The hotel is located beachfront (very calm - no crowds at all), in between Uppuweli and Nilaweli beaches. There are 8 rooms, each facing the beach, so basically every room has a private beach! The rooms are spacious and comfortable enough with air conditioning as well as fans. Although modestly furnished, the rooms, including the bathrooms, are clean and pleasant. The Wifi was a bit slow. The pool is also clean and well-maintained. They have a restaurant that serves à la carte. The food was priced very reasonably (good portions, good ingredients) and was super delicious. We ordered several meat and seafood dishes during our two-night stay, and the food was just amazing compared to the three-star hotels in Trincomalee. Krishan, who looks after everything is very friendly and caring and the staff is also very friendly and attentive. We'll definitely be back.

We are so glad that we found this hotel for our stay. Beach is right next to the property. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff, specially the manager did everything in ability to make sure we are well served. Food was fantastic. A calm and quiet location for those who like the isolation.

There are only 4 bungalows, each with 2 bedrooms.
All rooms have a private terrace with a view and direct access to the ocean. The rooms are humbly furnished. The volumes are generous.
They are equipped with air conditioning.
The bedroom, bathroom, linens and towels are spotlessly clean.
The bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers.

Room N ° 2 : Twin Room. It has a wardrobe, 2 pieces of luggage, a bedside table, a make-up area or a desk with a large mirror.

The bedding is comfortable.

The property has a restaurant. The dining room is bright. The menu is simple with local or western options.

The chef easily adapts to vegetarian menus.

Breakfast and meals are very generous. Breakfast can be continental or local.
