We had a very bad experience at this hotel. The customer service is terrible. The bed sheets are not clean. No one who worked there even knows how to treat a guest.

This place is good for your functions and events. The parking and all other things are good. Mostly the reception hall and dining rooms are the best for this place. The dining area is placed in the first floor you have to use the stairs for getting the dining area. At a same time around 40 people can use that dining room. The service of the staff here is exceptionally good. The rent and price for booking this hotel and hall are reasonable. Over all the place is good fit for a middle class marriage.

An average hotel with rooms at a reasonable rates, A/C and non A/C rooms are available with all facilities except food and meal ,this hotel is closer to Trincomalee town, so that hotels can be assessed quickly for meals and to fulfill other requirments. Fairly a good hotel with 24 hrs security available.
