This hotel was very bad. We paid a deposit, but they had no record of our reservation. The rooms were old and worn out, and the bathroom was in terrible condition. The shower water barely came out, so during our three-night stay we couldn’t have a proper bath. The sink and tap were also in very poor condition. Our bed was shaky, there were no handles on the cupboards, and we couldn’t even close our door properly from the inside. When we went for breakfast at 8:30, almost everything was already finished. The hotel was not clean — we even found worms everywhere (see pictures). I will never stay at this hotel again.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff showed no respect towards guests, and although breakfast was included in the booking, they charged extra and didn't even provide it. The treatment of drivers was appalling they were given poor, animal-like accommodation and couldn't even rest properly due to constant disturbance from the hotel staff. Overall, the atmosphere was loud, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. I strongly advise against booking this hotel under any circumstances. Avoid it at all costs.

The vacation was ruined by the theft of money in the room during cleaning. They simply stole all the money. When we contacted the hotel manager, they told us that we ourselves had lost the money and that it was not their fault. They told us how inattentive we were and how we were shifting the responsibility to their staff. By the way, on the same day, money was also stolen from some other Russian tourists. And the manager told them the same thing. I do not recommend this hotel because of the attitude towards guests!

We were welcome very friendly and staff at the reception were very helpful (Tuan) rooms were very clean plenty of space to move around and for our luggage. We also like to give our heartful thanks to Dewa and Gayan this two were very helpful and respectful they look after us. No problem in recommending to other guest.

The ambience, the fish in the pond outside the rooms - they are the best features for this hotel! The pool looks clean but we were there on a rainy day so couldn't use it. The food was great and customised to our need and they offered us the choice of dishes too cook the next morning. This place has so many plus points. The rooms look big in general with TV and AC. Rooms were generally neat and staff were friendly, good wifi signal. They did charge for coffee in the morning though we had a free breakfast in our booking! Would have been nicer if they told us ahead. Otherwise, a great place and the family loved staying here. We would love to stay here again!

JKAB Park is a fabulous experience in the beach Hotel. As well as morning & evening view of the beach is a fantastic experience. Even the service of staff are very good. Reasonable price. I recommended this hotel

It's just OK to spend the night. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are fairly clean. But do not even try to have meals here. They are terrible. Too much salt taste and artificial sauce taste in pretty good everything.

There is a pool too. But the pool is not clean and can not be used at the time when we were visiting here. As I mentioned above, their main drow back is food. Not tasty at all. Do not even try.

We provided with two of their wedding halls which is large and very well maintained. Garden was fantastic. Need some improvement on their food.

This is the famous rest house and wedding hall in the Trincomalee. Beautiful place to enjoy your staying over Trincomalee if you visit for the trip. Their service is really good and their dishes are tasty. Their fares are reasonable and I'd recommend this place.
