Do not fool by the photos taken two or three years ago. This place is not maintaining properly now. The caretaker was rude to us also. The location is nice, with the view of trinco lagoon. I do not recommend this place.

You can imagine this place is like an abandoned bungalow of ghosts.
1. Roads inside the hotel is filled with wrecks and plants. Parking slots near the rooms give you an off road experience.
2. Not clean at all. Rooms were not cleaned even though we booked the hotel 3 weeks before we go there. Washrooms were not cleaned and there were corrosion in every metalic equipment in the washroom. Commode is unpleasant.
3. There were insects under the tea cups placed which has been placed inside the room.
4. Swimming pool was the biggest issue after all. They have put water few hours before we arrive there and also the chemicals to clean water. For my understanding, those chemicals should have put into water 48 hours before using a pool. There were lots of moss on the pool tiles.
5. Huge pricing and not worth at all.

After all, we complained these things to the manager very politely but he was unable to reply back with us in a friendly manner. Manager is not a friendly person where we can count on when it comes to hotel issues. It’s shameful to say that he accepts that they have issues in the hotel but its not our concern because they didnt tell any of those before the booking. We asked a 50% money back from the advance we paid already of 50,000 LKR and said we are leaving the premises and the manager rejected and didn’t respond to us in a polite manner.

We also found no one has visited that hotel anytime nearby time period, leaving lots of things for us to think. :D

Not recommending to anyone to use this hotel which is an abandoned ship in Trinco.

If you are a big fan of horror movies and don't know what to do with your money, I highly recommend this place...Most of the time, you can have fun in a hospital after spending a night in this hotel because the rooms and pool are perfectly clean.and also they even don't have ICE CUBES. also manager was super friendly and when we complaining about those fact he said that he has informed all those stuff to receptionist and she should have informed us regarding that..wow what a management 😃

The place was not clean at all. We have booked the hotel for 16 pack 3 weeks before the arrival but they don’t even clean our rooms. The pool was like the heal and they pumped the water using a water bowser. Water filers were completely not working and even tiles are not clean enough. Prices are also high and this not even worth for the money. They didn’t even inform us regarding the pool and the room conditions before our arrival.
