everything was great, amazing service from all workers since pickup, to reception, bar, restaurant, spa and all, everyone was so nice and attentive.
Veryy delicious! If you ask me what I got, the best I can remember is that it had cheese inside the meat. Verrrryy good. One of the best meals I've had. Highly recommend.

- One downside is you have to check in at the Hotel Bergwelt reception area, you have to climb up, it's a bit of a hassle if you are bringing your luggages with you

Wow, loved the room, though there were fogs all around that day, but i strongly believe the view from our window in summer is worth a million dollar.

We had lunch in this place, one of the few very typical Swiss restaurant in the center of Grindelwald. We really enjoyed both bratwurst and all the rest
Eazy check-in. Already had a baby crib in the room. Breakfast tastes nice. And when we walked downstairs to the restaurant for the breakfast, the high chair was ready. So staff their are very kind and helpful.

Read the review, wanted to try. But the service is so horrifically arrogant that one should just take the business somewhere else regardless how good the food can be. It's definitely out of my list!
