Hotel Pinte in Grindelwald

Good dinner. We sat on the patio enjoying the weather and the view. (It is on the main street so expect pedestrian & vehicle traffic and noise.)

Salads were fresh. Tried the Swiss dish, Älplermagronen, while good there are other Swiss dishes we have enjoyed more.

Service was attentive. We were not rushed after our meal was completed. If you would prefer the check sooner it is appropriate to ask.

Did not use hotel but went to restaurant twice. Fabulously friendly staff good trad Swiss food good value and lovely ambience. Highly recommended.

A huge thank you for your wonderful hospitality during our stay on 11–12 August. From check-in to check-out, we enjoyed one of the very best hotel experiences we’ve had in Switzerland!

We are so grateful for the kindness and efficiency of the front desk, and the restaurant and bar team’s impressive knowledge of wines and product sourcing. Most of all, we’d like to recognise your outstanding team member, Pedro, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable.

From the moment we arrived, Pedro greeted us warmly and helped unload our car, stacking our four suitcases and hiking gear with care. He personally brought everything to our room, placing the bags and even our hiking boots thoughtfully. Upon our departure, he once again greeted us, and proactively moved our luggage to the car. His kindness, initiative, and professionalism are exceptional, and he is a shining example of the high standards your team upholds.

We also greatly appreciated the late check-out today, which allowed us to enjoy a quick two-hour hike in the morning, freshen up, and depart by 1 pm, it truly made all the difference.

Thank you again for making our time in Grindelwald so special. We look forward to staying with you again and enjoying more of this beautiful region.

The Hotel Bellevue-Pinte surprises and impresses with modern, newly renovated and clean rooms at an accurate price and all this in a central and best location: a stone's throw away from the First ski area and the bus stop less than 30m away (e.g.: to the terminal and then up to the yoke, to the glacier gorge etc.). Breakfast is taken in the partner hotel Bergwelt Grindelwald and really leaves nothing to be desired! (We looked forward to the morning's breakfast every evening). For us, however, the real highlight was the Restaurant Bellevue-Pinte (the oldest inn in Grindelwald, located on the ground floor of the hotel of the same name) with its excellent Swiss cuisine, which we can only recommend without reservation: excellent taste, the dishes beautifully presented without being too playful and the consistent quality of the food (even when the restaurant is fully booked!) Chapeau, worthy of all praise!

Veryy delicious! If you ask me what I got, the best I can remember is that it had cheese inside the meat. Verrrryy good. One of the best meals I've had. Highly recommend.
