Unfortunately, my stay at Ruby Mimi Hotel Zurich was extremely disappointing. While the location is indeed central, that’s where the positives end. There is no daily housekeeping service, which made my experience even worse. The hotel offers no real amenities — no proper room service, no extra toiletries, and no sense of hospitality. On top of that, the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, showing no willingness to assist with even basic requests. It felt like staying in a stylish building with nothing to back it up in terms of comfort or service. In short: avoid this hotel if you expect full service, friendly staff, or genuine comfort.”
