Great location. But! no lock for the bathroom and super small room. Extremely expensive parking place.

Very clean and modern. Friendly helpful staff. Lovely selection of fresh food for breakfast. Coffee machine. Available all day. You have to pay in the evening. Stairs and a lift. Only have double beds in all rooms. We booked a twin room for two ladies. Had to share a double bed . Ideal location near to bus and train station. Free wi.fi.

Excellent room and amenities, but not air-conditioned,even fan is also on demand. Zurich temperature was uncomfortable without a/c . Otherwise all modern features present. Nice and cosy room. Reasonably good breakfast.

Great hotel, clean and modern. Nice interior. Brekfest not great though. Free wifi. No A/C, so in hot wather this is not the best place to stay.

It's very spacious and comfortable but the only down was that there was no AC in the rooms. But I was here in the summer so it was pretty hot. Don't know how it is here in winter.Most probably it will be cold

Excellent service. Room was clean and wheelchair accessible as we requested although no shower chair/bench available. Also, parking was rather expensive but that's Switzerland for ya :)

The Flag Zurich is conveniently located to transit, grocery store, restaurant and downtown. The room, lobby and building was very clean and modern looking. Housekeeping services were limited but you could easy go to front desk and ask for anything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was 24/7 front desk service and security was very good.

Lovely budget hotel in Zurich. Stayed for 2 nights and thoroughly loved it. I arrived very late and could still check even with no receptionist available. Wi-Fi works well.
...Just did not understand the windows not having blinds. Could be a new trend that I am not used to....

Very good hotel. Stayed for 2 nights. We went by bus to the city. From the hotel it is easier to get to the city and train station by bus and return. Very convenient. There is an Aldi shop very close to the hotel and some restaurants too.

Rooms have no A/C (which also means no air movement, so the dooms are stuffy). Very spartan. Front lobby is bare and unwelcoming. Definitely a little too "down marketĺ for me.
