A comfortable stay, in a spacious apartment, near by the University. Kitchen setup is adequate to prepare basic meals; only a dual cooktop, no grill/ oven. surprisingly there were no coffee mugs and only one set of cutlery, despite being otherwise well appointed for a couple to stay.

First, I'd like to thank you for having this space, where we can share our impressions and protect the unwary.
Everything I've described below is intended as constructive criticism.
The lack of cordiality and poor communication sum up my perception of this place!
Since everything is done virtually, good communication is essential.
The host doesn't respond to emails, doesn't answer calls…! When messages are sent, they're standard.
If you're staying at this place, be aware that nothing can go wrong; otherwise, it's difficult to resolve with the owner.
Not to mention other details like a four-burner stove that only works, no dish sponge, no dish towel… etc.
I don't know if the owner can come here to explain with pre-written phrases that it's good to have this feedback… In any case, I honestly don't believe that, as it's in his nature; he just transmits this personality to his customer service.

So bad room,scam photos to get orders,shortage cable of TV,broken wall wall outlet,no lift.musty smell,ants inside room,no any clean and room-service in two nihgts.shame on you!you room makes me sick.垃圾房间，设施很差,照骗，没有电梯，电视线短缺，墙插破裂，房间有蚂蚁，两天没有任何清扫客房服务。携程请下架这“照骗”房间！

The truth is that things didn't go well from the beginning because the code they gave me to enter the room didn't work. To fix it, I had to make an international call and spend money to fix it since I don't have a Swiss number. They ended up giving me a room that was not at all the one I saw shown in the ads. Broken windows and the window covers to block out the sun (photos and photos) were held in place with plastic bags, so it didn't matter if it was day or night, the room was dark since it was always closed. The television had no remote control, and to top it off, when I was leaving the apartment on the way to the airport, the lock broke, leaving me trapped in the apartment. I had to wait 45 minutes and almost missed my flight. All in all, a really, really bad experience. I didn't complain because it was only two nights, I didn't want to waste my energy and get stressed.

It was not a good room at all. The balcony was broken, and it was cold in the room from night till morning. The radiator and TV were not available, and there was no trash can in the bathroom. There was a constant sound of the bathtub drain being clogged, and the entry code was not sent. You had to ring for a long time to get an answer.

The room is clean and convenient to check in, but it is still a bit hot without air conditioning in this season

Liked the fact that the local bus stop was right outside the apartment complex.

Disliked the dirty stairs that led up to the apartment. Once inside, closed the door and the inside door handle fell to the floor. My husband was able to fix that. There were 2 glasses, different sizes, some cutlery but no forks, no bowls, no pots or pans. The shelf in the fridge would not stay in the runners, The bathroom door was badly banged up, the towel rack was hanging and unable to use. The bedroom door, meant as a sound barrier had a panel missing in the door.
I took pictures and if there is a way I will attach them to this review!!!

The location is very good, it is a 15-minute walk from the Zurich train station and 25 minutes from the old town. As for the facilities, my experience has not been so positive. We booked a double room with a double bed and we have found two single beds that sink and separate, unless each one stays on their side. The sleeping pillows are very soft and small, there are no cushions. As for cleanliness, it could very well be improved. Upon arrival there was hair on the bed, in addition, we had to wash the plates, cutlery and kitchen utensils before using them because many of them had mold and tomato stains, the floor was sticky..
