Very small room, but the locations is quite good nearby the tram. They last minute changed us to another hotel, although was nearby but it wasnt very professional.

This was a relatively affordable stay for Zurich. The room wasn't big, but the location was excellent as it was close to a tram station and only a 15-minute ride to the main train station.

The staff were amazing! It was a bit of a shame there was no heating, which made it cold, but overall I was satisfied.

We were 2 pax, but given an apartment style room, so that was great. However, would have appreciated if there were more than 1 charging point, a kettle as well as a table to place belongings. Otherwise, really convenient location, and there was even coop supermarket right opposite. Showers worked well too.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly nice; she even showed me how to buy tickets for the high-speed rail. The room was very clean, and it's super close to the bus stop.

It was the worst one of the most hotels I've ever stayed in. Leave my luggage at twelve and then take a picture of my passport. Then at seven at check in he said the person in charge was not there and was taking a picture of my passport and then didn't give me the room number. ! Then I asked for a refund and was unwilling and finally called the police for help The police came to promise to refund me until now I have not received the money below many doing engaged in **** ******** ******* ***** garbage a lot of flies also a lot so I left this range at the first time to stay in a slightly more expensive hotel is also more pleasant to keep traveling! ! !

是我住過最多間酒店最差嘅一間十二點放行李然後影我護照然後七點在check in時候他說負責人不在又在影我護照然後一直不給我房間號碼房號也沒有到最後等到八點半依然只有一個字就是等！！然後我要求退錢又不願意然後最後報警求助警察來到應承退錢給我到現在我也沒有收到錢下面很多做從事********垃圾很多蒼蠅也有很多所以我第一時間就離開這個範圍住一個貴少少酒店也好讓自己旅行繼續心情比較愉快！！！
