The location of the apartment is at a walking distance from the railway station with many restaurants and shops around.
Basic amenities in the apartment , but this is OK for a short stay.
Easy check in and check out process.

We arrived the apartment at around 1:45pm and we found out the apartment was out of electricity and there's a cleaning lady who told us that someone was on the way to fix it in 15 minutes. Then we waited till 3pm, there's a guy came in and tried to fix it but failed. After that, he helped us to call the office, the guy on the phone was so RUDE and he shouted at me. I asked him was it possible to change another room to us because we can't just wait there. He answered that the rooms were fully booked so cannot offer us another room. We asked for the solution as we cannot stayed in the room where's totally DARK!!! He spoke loudly that the room was full which mean we've got no choice and he promised another guy was coming to fix it soon and asked us go out. Ok then, we went back the apartment at 7pm, we expected the room was fine but it's not at all. I called the office three times to chase them and they came at 9pm to fix it. I felt really angry and dissatisfied to this Swiss Star Apartment!!

Overpriced, dirty, noisy (the apartment we got was right under one where they were renovating) and very close to no kitchen utensils.

We needed an inexpensive spot for a spontaneous change of plans and found this apartment. It has a small kitchen which we didn’t utilize, and a small sun room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was adequately stocked with shampoo and towels. There is no A/C if that matters. FYI: The room key also unlocks the entrance door.

Location was good but the condition of the stay is poor. The shower head was blocked so there was zero pressure , made it impossible to shower properly. The worst thing was the duvet. It was a single duvet but placed horizontal on the bed so it covered the bed (almost) side to side , obviously it wasn’t a double duvet. Thankfully two of us were only there to sleep a few hours since the flight was early in the morning . But the lack of a proper double duvet is really ridiculous, especially when booking we said 2 occupants !

Unfortunately, we didn't particularly like the apartment 😔. Above all, we felt that it was not clean. There are coat and urine residues on the curtains, probably from pets. There are also puddles of urine on the floor that have not been completely removed. There is also only a limited selection of kitchen utensils. But the beds and towels were clean. Although the description says that there are parking spaces available, all the parking spaces in front of the house are reserved for renovations.

The location was a bit remote. There was a lot of smoking in the house and it smelled bad. The kitchen was lacking in ingredients.
