It is very close to Zurich Central Station. I had a satisfying stay; the breakfast was delicious and the facilities were clean, which was great. Thank you.

The hotel is very near to Zurich HB but toilet is too small.

Seriously bad! Avoid this place, everyone! The hotel is right by a noisy road, and the room is tiny, super small, and very basic. There's absolutely no value for money. The front desk staff's attitude was just okay, and they gave me a room right next to the elevator. If I opened one suitcase, there'd be no room to walk around. And the breakfast? A joke! There was hardly anything. The picture pretty much shows the entire breakfast spread!

One of the best hotel. Good breakfast, excellent people are the reason for this good review. The hotel is very close to Zurich HB train station, ETH Zurich. There are many good resturent nearby including the chain grocery shop coop. The storage system is easy. I love the overall experience.
10 out of 10 for the nice ladies in the reception.
They have reception area where anyone can work, or eat. Nice tea and coffee station with drinking water. Best wishes. I don’t have many pictures.

Everything was perfect location reception always ready to help you only reception will close 8oclock morning and start work 6 a.m between this time if you want check out pls be prepare

Great location, short walk from Zurich HB train station. Many restaurants and shops just across the street. Simple breakfast. Nice and attentive staff.

I took a car from the airport to the train station, and then it was about a 10-15 minute walk to the hotel. I arrived around 11 PM. Fortunately, I had received an email beforehand with the entry code, so getting the key and checking in was very smooth. The location is excellent, quite close to nearby attractions.

Staff are nice.
Glad to have free ice cream offered which is excellent.
Less than 10 minutes walk to the train terminal, and just near to the poly bahn, very convenient.

I stayed there for 1 night and the hotel is ok, staff was super friendly and attentive. I booked a room with 2 beds and when I checked in it was 1 queen size bed. The rooms did not have air conditioning, beds are not comfortable, and they only gave us 1 towel for a room that had 2 guests. I will never stay here again.
