Hotel Stoller in Zurich

We are just finished a 4 night stay here and it was brilliant. As a couple looking to explore the city it was perfect. On arrival they upgraded us to a bigger room free of charge. We did not include breakfast but there was a lovely cafe kuhn nearby and many shops with bakeries as a cheaper option. The hotel itself didn’t have much in it, however the room was lovely, spacious, clean and was a 1 minute walk from the tram which took us literally everywhere in the city and to and from the airport.

Great experience - booked on hotel’s website, got fruits, items in the room’s bar and even free drinks at their restaurant/bar. Comfy room with lot of storage space, friendly staff, definitely recommend.

We had a great stay..although we were at the hotel in the morning at 9 am, the room was given to us way earlier the original check in time- with the is great gesture..we relaxed after a long flight before heading out for city sigh seeing.the rooms were clean and comfortable.
The breakfast next morning was great too..the lady who was serving was very quick and great personality.over all a great stay..would recommend to others for sure

We had a very pleasant one night stay at Hotel Stoller. The hotel location was great, just a short ride away on the tram from central Zurich. On arrival we were given a warm welcome from Jon at front of house, creating a great first impression. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We were given a junior suite, lovely comfortable room, everything very clean. We enjoyed a tasty dinner in hotel restaurant. We thought the bar area was really charming, cosy and snug. My only slight criticism is the shower was in the bath, not easy to access as you couldn't move the shower screen. This was a minor issue, overall this is a nice hotel.

We had a wonderful 1-night stay at Hotel Stoller in Zürich before heading to the airport. Even though it was a short stop, everything was smooth, comfortable, and convenient. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, giving us exactly what we needed for a restful night before an early flight.

The location is great with easy access to public transport, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We didn’t opt for breakfast as we had to leave early for the airport, but overall, the experience was still excellent.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Zürich!

The hotel is a little bit old but the stuff is nice. The Nespresso coffe and the kettle in the room is a good point. The location is also good.

The reasons for the 5 star rating are as follows: modern with nice amenities, extremely clean, design and decor in rooms well done, tram across the street so it was very easy to access areas of interest in Zurich, but most of all the friendly and helpful staff at reception. Very kind to this single female tourist who needed assistance in several matters. At no time did they make me feel ignorant, and they had a great sense of humor as well. Grocery store, convenience store, pharmacy, bakery and restaurants all within minutes walk. Highly recommend this hotel

I' at this moment staying in this hotel (actually I booked a room in another hotel nearby but for some reason I hot an upgrade ans could spend the night at Mercure without further costs. So far everything looks very clean, has everything I need and coffee an tea are free. The room is small but as I'm only staying one night is perfect.
