Overall, it was good value for money. The location was very good, especially because it was close to the train station and Zürich Hauptbahnhof. For this reason, I would choose it again.
The only problem was that the room, especially the toilet, was not clean enough.

I made a reservation using booking.com with a one-time date change option. But when I asked the hotel to change my dates they declined my reques claiming I didn't have the option. They are very arrogant. booking.com didn't help either. In the end I paid 500 CHF for a service I didn't receive. Stay away from this hotel (!). They don't care about the guests. They just care about money.

They have the worst customer service ever.
After using the code I had received a medal with two keys
One for mail box, other for studio door

None of them could open the building door, luckily one of the neighbors let me in with his key which has a different pattern.
It took 5 hours to send the missing key. After several unfriendly calls, _one of them they hanged the line off while I am talking _they asked to send a vedio showing the keys by email which I had to upload to Google drive as it's big size but they refused to see it and asked to send it by email 🤔i had to difficulty downsize it twice by a program.

I had come from a long tiring flights and couldn't buy necessary groceries.

Finally, the mini bar fridge is not working and they didn't respond to the email

We had a nice room that felt newer and clean. The check in process was easy, but I will say you have to give your ID information in order to get a key code. Overall I think the value for the money was good.

The room was very nice and clean. Checkin was super easy. Well equipped for a short stay. The location was on a main street and slightly loud. The elevator was a slight issue with bags as you still had to climb multiple stairs to your floor. Very close to the Oerlikon station for easy and quick commute to centre of Zurich. One stop away from Zurich ZB main station as well. Great value for money.
