Very good hotel. It is the best location. Beautiful like my dreams. But I didn't like one thing because I don't eat pork so the pasta was given to me. I didn't like it but ate it compulsorily to fill my stomach

I did not stay here but had visited the restaurant for lunch. It is self service but very good food and a great view. Thanks to the staff who helped in customising the meal as per my preference

Very comfortable hotel. The meals included are tasty, and they made sure to accommodate my food allergies very kindly. Thank you to the staff for making us feel welcome. The sauna is a must as well. There are many hiking trails directly outside the hotel, as well as boats to take out on the Trübsee. Just as beautiful in Fall as in Summer or winter!

One of the cosiest and nicest mountain hotels and restaurants I know in Switzerland. Great food, great staff. Excellent to be!

Super nice hotel to stay in. But too bad we only had one night here. Unfortunately the heater was down but staff was kind to provide us extra quilt for the night. Kudos to the staff! I would rate this a 5 If not for the break down of the heater. Front desk was a bit rigid on the issuing of room keys though when we were there early. However even before check in time he mentioned to us to have the keys first as he will not be Manning the front desk all the time..

Love the mix of modern and rustic rooms. Set on the mountains, the location is amazing. The breakfast cafe was pretty amazing too, it has the widest selection throughout my stay in Europe. The crossaints were probably the best I'd tasted.
The beds creaks a little and the walls are a little thin so one could hear people walking past the room. The windows were also ajar for air to enter the room which is sometimes a worry for break ins.
Would love to stay again in the future!

Very friendly service, rooms have an amazing view of the alps and resturaunt has great food. (the only food in the area on the mountain). Gets a little busy in the lobby with tourists but very nice overall. Includes cable car tickets.

I love going there. There's lots to do for the kids in the summer and in the winter. Can't wait to go back.

Had a lunch here, buffet/tray style where you get what you want and pay before you sit down. Food was good to enjoy in the sun!

Extrem friendly and helpful, even for swiss standards. When you talk to them, they give you the feeling of beeing welcome and that they are more then just employees which do their work. It's much more they honestly care.
I appreciate that they act autenic and don't pretend anything.. it seems like they having a good work environment. Someone did a great job!
