Hotel a little out of the main centre but only takes ten minutes to walk there. Near a bus stop to the station. Everything felt new and efficient. Room quite expensive, maybe because there aren't lots of hotels in Lugano. Room itself was sizable.

I stayed at this hotel for one night on business. It's centrally located, about 5-10 minutes from the lake. Garage parking is available, but the entrance is very steep and narrow. It's easily manageable with a regular car, but with a large car it's difficult and only suitable for good drivers, which is why the price (CHF 20) for a parking space is quite high. The hotel room is modern, very nice and clean, with everything you need. Very friendly staff, excellent service. The breakfast buffet was also very good, with a wide selection. I will definitely book a room there again. I highly recommend it.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Everything was clean. The morning buffet had a huge selection.
The only drawback was that we were able to have a nightcap at the bar two evenings. On the third evening, they said that wasn't possible. (Someone else from the staff was there.) 🤷♀️.

The hotel offers everything you need. A great breakfast buffet with very attentive and extremely friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms, three bus stops from the center of Lugano (or a 10-minute walk), and good value for money. We highly recommend it!

Nice little hotel that offers really good value when looking for a place to sleep in Lugano. Located 10 mins away from the city centre by foot, it's a great option to avoid the insanely high prices of other smaller hotels in the area.
Rooms are good and the beds are super comfy!
