Very good position away from town 5mins walk. Picked up at the ferry checked in early no problem. Walk out of hotel pool in front then the beach and free to use sun beds. A few important notes not publicized on their website: - When you get off a long tail boat or the ferry, there is a solid chance you’re walking in knee deep water for a few meters. Beautiful, peaceful and relaxing! Hotel offers a wide variety of services and the section of the island is also surrounded by long boats for tours or getting to different areas on the island. Definitely attend the Cabaret show, it’s well worth the watch 😆!

I don’t know why they set a bar just 200meters away, and you can hear the deafening music sounds all night till 4am. And a stinky sewer just seated in front of the lobby. Won’t consider back again.

Didn't care for the salt water showers but the rest was ok. Great coffee at the lobby entrance and good location. Five minute walk to everything. Big private deck. Get the upper unit as it sounded like elephants trampling around up above. I would stay there again.

The hotel is too expensive for what it offers. All hotels In Phi Phi are around the same price though. The views are great but to reach the room you have to climb a lot of stairs and it is really tired. The room was too simple and no cleaning service was offered. It's just not worth the price.

The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, and they even arranged breakfast earlier than the usual opening time because we had an early morning flight. We really appreciated the extra care and thoughtfulness.

If you're going to Charlie, you need to understand that it consists of several very old buildings with small, rundown rooms located within the Princess Hotel. The Princess is an excellent and vibrant four-star hotel with a great territory, location, and beachfront breakfasts that compensate for the inconveniences of poor Charlie. But overall, you get what you pay for.

The location is decent, but I'm not sure if it's because we're Chinese, but both rooms we were assigned were at the very end of the hall. We tried talking to the hotel, but they said they couldn't switch our rooms, even though we checked in at 11:00 AM and the hotel seemed to be mostly occupied by Europeans. Our room was right next to a bar on the street, and it was noisy until 3:00 AM.

Good beachfront Resort, the pool is big enough and the facilities are good. Breakfast is very basic and could be much better. They have a very handy service to move your luggage to the pier, which is about 15-20min walking.

The location is off to the quiet end of Tonsai, higher up on the hill with sweeping views of the incredible beach below. I had a magical 2 days here and can’t wait to return.

Perfect place to stay in the island

It is the best location to live on Phi Phi in my opinion - you have amazing beaches in walkable distance, you can reach the town in 10 minutes. You get wonderful views of the ocean, it is breathtaking place on earth. But it is quite a hike to get to your bungalow, if you live in the 3rd row, so be aware of that. I read all of the bad reviews: yes, the equipment is quite old, it could be much better...

Was a great stay at our sea view bungalow! So nice nature around and beautiful views! The bed was super comfortable! Coffee and tea inside the room. The hotel has its beach 🏖️ very clean and nice! This is a nice resort in the bustling streets of Phi Phi. If budget and access to the island streets is your priority then this a good resort. They have decent breakfast options. The room layout is confusing. If you are old people with knee issues then the beds are lower to the floor. If you reach the resort after 5pm they don't have staff to help you with the luggage.

The hotel is in a stunning location, far from the village and ideal for those seeking tranquility. The view is enchanting. There are 150 steps to reach it from the beach, but they're a welcome change. The only downside is the lack of daily housekeeping, at least for the two days we stayed.

Away from all the hussle and bustle of the town to enjoy a moments peace however still near enough to dip in when you choose. A basic no frills apartment. A nice little plunge pool to cool off in. Kettle, safe, tv and fridge in room. Fresh towels and water everyday. They were however building behind our room.

I am not sure why the reviews are so mixed on this place as it is a beautiful resort hotel with large clean rooms. The grounds are pretty and are a quiet oasis even though it is in the heart of Phi Phi. Basically next to the port so it is extremely convenient to everything. They have a porter who meets you at the ferry to get your luggage. The hotel is just an amazing value for money.

Really great location and comfortable beds which is something that is a rarity! The balcony was tired, chipped paint and not at all comfortable to sit out on which is why I knocked off a star.
