Excellent hotel! Superb location just walking distance from the pier and the main beach, and the pool was excellent with a view of the mountains/beach. Breakfast was also delicious and they even gave us a takeaway breakfast on a day when we had a tour booked in the morning. Really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is located near the pier. So it was vey convenient for us to do snorkeling and scuba diving.

The best aspects were the location and the buffet. It's just a 2-minute walk from the pier, and the hotel's street connects the bay to the beach. On the downside, it definitely needs more cleaning (the fans haven't been cleaned in at least a decade) and the rooms should be fumigated.

Placed at an isolated area and good for family time or friends. There are spacious courtyards, nice swimming pool. Breakfast is good and is halal. The local masjid is also nearby. 🕌 The staff carry guests baggage on trolley to the nearby Ferry pier upon check-out. 🛒

We were looking for a hotel for two nights and settled on this option. The breakfasts were excellent! The location is superb! Far from the hustle and bustle. The grounds are spacious. While swimming in the pool, we saw a monitor lizard nearby 😀 We were shocked by its beauty. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We booked a room for just one night. It was quiet as it's away from the bars and party areas. The beach was also surprisingly close, about 500 meters away. We stayed for two nights at Panmanee Hotel, and honestly, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The only minor issue was that while many hotels had agents at the pier to pick up their guests, we had to find the location ourselves using Google Maps. Had an amazing stay here. Best part was the location - close to Pier, great food options. Also the hotel got renovated recently, so it is top notch in every service. The only bad aspect was the room size which was reasonable, but given the pricing, I don't think you can find anything better with such great location.

I booked a room at this hotel for my brother. He loved it! The view from the balcony is amazing! It's not a long walk from the pier. The hotel is also located halfway to the observation deck. The room was clean, the breakfasts were delicious. I definitely recommend it!

Let’s start for the good … the hotel view is astonishing, just few minutes from the phiphi view point so if you are a sunset lover this is the pace . Now… the down sides , the appliances in the hotel aren’t in the best shape, this place needs renovation, we had to change our room at least the could solve that , the stairs to arrive to the hotel are really up , so I think this is not a hotel for families...

Upon entering the room, I found a dead cockroach on the floor, and a small one the next day. The hotel exterior is decent, but the interior looks more like a standard guesthouse. However, given the peak season, this was the only option for the price. The lady boss at the front desk was okay, but despite requesting daily cleaning, it wasn't done. The service overall is quite poor.

The place was clean and right near the beach. Was loud at night but wasn't an issue to me you can hear the music from the beach at night. Good hotels are hard to find in this island so you have to consider that because this place is one of the best in the area, one of the few with a pool and a good pool with amazing view. The rooms are big and comfortable, they are designed like individual houses. Pro tip, long tail boat drivers hangout at McDonalds so you may to cut the middle man on a private tour.

This hotel offers cozy bungalows that are a real treat to stay in. Some of them boast stunning views of the bay, which was a highlight of my trip. Noisy renovations for the whole 8 days first night till 9pm on and off during the day you are only notified about consrtuction after you book. I had paid extra for a bungalow that was too noisy from a food hall next door couldn't stay there rooms were much cheaper but got no refund for staying in the room. 3rd time I have stayed here but I won't be coming back the fumes from the painting works also...

The guys fron check in service wasn’t friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness of room was not Good. And the room was terrible (dark, dirty). Breakfast was one the worst I have ever had! The AC was decent!

We loved the Cove at PP. We were a bit nervous as some of the reviews had been bad but we couldn’t see anything wrong with it. We had a bit of a choppy ride to the hotel and Ponza but that was quite fun. I love the rooms, love the location. It is steep but you just get used to that. I love doing the jungle walk and loved everything about it.

The room was very average, beds ok but bathroom was very dated. Shower was one of those that you use as fast as you can. The property really needs some love and care. The restaurant at the front is nice. The staff were super friendly. I was there for one night only so I guess it was ok for that time.

Prime location on the entire island! Corner view. The best was the infinity pool and cafe views. The rooms are clean, quiet and perfect for a couple. The staff was always available to help with anything. This is where I’d stay again when we come back. Great food at the cafe and the service is wonderful!

The hotel's location is excellent. The rooms themselves are very old, full of history. It's fine for a couple of nights. We left a 500 baht deposit when checking in, which was returned upon checkout. There's a great restaurant with a view!

Away from all the hussle and bustle of the town to enjoy a moments peace however still near enough to dip in when you choose. A basic no frills apartment. A nice little plunge pool to cool off in. Kettle, safe, tv and fridge in room. Fresh towels and water everyday. They were however building behind our room.

Deluxe Room: Quite basic, a bit dated, and there was a lot of mold in the bathroom. BUT! Good soundproofing, a new air conditioner, a quiet location, and the pool is large and clean with spacious grounds. There's even a horse you can feed! Excellent value for money. 👍

Located a bit further from the main streets of Phi Phi Don, which is great because it's quiet and no one is roaming around under your windows all night. It's very easy to find, and it's about a 12-minute walk to the pier.

The hotel is situated relatively low on a hillside, with bungalows on stilts. It's a budget-friendly option. There's no fridge, but there is air conditioning. Everything worked, except there was no water early in the morning, so I had to go on my excursion without washing up. There's a very basic pool.

Best in budget. I took a sea view room, and it was the best. You can hear the sound of the waves. I had chilled beer and enjoyed the sound of the wind and waves.

Very basic, functional but no aesthetics. Their neighbors burn plastic daily in the evenings and it stinks. The mosquito net is too small and I got bites all night. There are small openings in that building so you cannot keep them out. Every night until 1a.m. party music from a remote party. Phi Phi is beautiful during daytime but unless you’re in your twenties and want to party, I wouldn’t recommend...

It was a cheap place far from the center but I would say it was stayable but very far would not recommend you to stay here if you have big heavy luggages

Spectacular view from the room and very friendly staff! They have a nice deck/restaurant to lounge in as well The music wasn’t really that loud so didn’t bother us much (woke up at 6 to dive everyday we were there comfortably)

Everything was good, including the daily cleaning. What upset us was that our swimming mask was stolen from the upper veranda.

Due to the tropical weather system bringing heavy rain and strong winds, we were unable to visit the phi phi area. We contacted the hotel to request a refund, but were informed that all sales are final—even though the weather is beyond our control. Unfortunately, we never received a response from the hotel staff.

The location is a bit remote, and it will take some physical strength to carry large luggage. The room has an approximate appearance and feels great. Thank you to the boss for providing 2 breakfasts, coffee and fruit.

One of the best resort of my trip. The view on the bay is just wonderful. All of the staff is really kind and very professional. The access is not of the easier but they pick up our luggage so that’s just very nice to walk close to the see I will come back for sure thank’s a lot ♥️♥️

The view and friendly staff are really the only good things this property has. The location is off the beaten path and quite the climb. Would not recommend for anyone with children or elderly. AC was absolutely terrible. Felt like a legit sauna. Doesn't look at all like the photos. Rooms are mediocre at best. Not worth the price.

The hotel was lovely, the view from my room was stunning ! Very dreamy !! a bit of a walk to the main area but still quite doable. The pool access was wonderful. Cons: The bed wasn’t quite comfortable and the walls are bit too thin. The staff that was stationed in the evening was quite rude to us.

Very good position away from town 5mins walk. Picked up at the ferry checked in early no problem. Walk out of hotel pool in front then the beach and free to use sun beds. Booked a 3hr tour at the guy next door very good left early it gets busy. Bar on the beach very friendly. For the price good location clean and friendly but it is old photos on the site were probably taken a while ago. 👍

I don’t know why they set a bar just 200meters away, and you can hear the deafening music sounds all night till 4am. And a stinky sewer just seated in front of the lobby. Won’t consider back again.

Didn't care for the salt water showers but the rest was ok. Great coffee at the lobby entrance and good location. Five minute walk to everything. Big private deck. Get the upper unit as it sounded like elephants trampling around up above. I would stay there again.

The hotel is too expensive for what it offers. All hotels In Phi Phi are around the same price though. The views are great but to reach the room you have to climb a lot of stairs and it is really tired. The room was too simple and no cleaning service was offered. It's just not worth the price.

Paid for a so-called Super Deluxe Double room with ocean view, got a view of the other bungalows instead from the terrace (see picture). Big disappointment as I wanted my fiancee and I to enjoy a wonderful and scenic view. Pros : huge room with big bathroom, room serviced every day, nice staff, small pool. The hotel is right on the seashore. It has beautiful grounds with lots of greenery. The bungalows are a bit old, and the cleanliness inside isn't perfect. Breakfasts are good, and the prices at the cafe are standard. In the evening, you can enjoy a delicious and beautiful dinner to the sound of the waves.

Possibly the best hotel on Long Beach. At least, the most authentic. Everything in the rooms is in Thai style, made of wood (other hotels are in more generic styles).

A word of warning to those visiting later: Staying at Phi Phi Island isn't necessary; a day trip is sufficient. We stayed in room K2, and it was a truly pleasant experience. The reception staff were kind and welcoming. Overall, people on this island seem a bit reserved and quiet—they don’t smile much, but there’s a calm, peaceful atmosphere that grows on you. I would definitely come back. Thanks.

I have been going to phiphi quite often the last year and I always stay at the Chunut House. It is a bit "far" from the center, meaning literally a 5 min walk but it makes the place a nice refugee from the loud /busy center and people partying at the beach. It's amazing because you can party (within 5 min) and also get away from it if you want. The staff is really nice, not everyone speaks english...

The hotel is not bad for the money. They helped bring things from the pier to the room. They treated us to breakfast, eggs, coffee. The staff is friendly. Disadvantages: the bathroom is always damp, when you take a shower, water is everywhere, you need a separate drain for water. There was no mirror in the room, there was nowhere to put things, the room was dark.

Very good experience. Clean and good looking rooms, good location, swimming pool, good personnel (when they were asked to change the sheets because it was stained they did it right away without any prolongation). The minuses do exist as well. Low sound isolation and not a perfect showering.

Great experience with this hotel and staff. We walked in and made a reservation on sight for two nights for a reasonable price compared to other places on island and a great breakfast was included each morning of our stay. The guesthouse is located behind the main road. As other people says, not very good location but staffs were quite good and guide for island tour. On the way to the hotel, there is local food stall which foreigners and local people were sitting for food. They served a quite good food and cheap also. You must bring the mosquito repellent... so many big mosquitos are there but peaceful place. Air...

Amazing Hotel price value, nice workers and rooms are good all you need for a beautiful stay on the Island. Had a lot of mosquitos in the room one night because we accidentally left the door open at dawn but that was our fault. Great place on one of the best Islands in the world!

Wonderful stay! The couple that run the hotel are so nice and accommodating. We stayed one night and rented a kayak from them. They charged us 100 Baht an hour for the kayak so half what it would have cost us from anyone else. They take credit card which is very convenient. There are a lot of steps and, when it's high tide, your feet will get a little wet walking the last 20 yards to the resort, but...

Absolutely beautiful view over the bay and a free kayak rental once for each of us with lovely staff who help with bags to rooms and the pier! Situated on the side of the bay where not many tourists come so you get more space to yourself on the beach, purely because it's a little set back from the shops (which are only 5 minute walk away) :) you can walk 10 minutes along the white beach to the restaurants...
