It was decent, nothing spectacular. The price was quite high, probably because it's peak season in Koh Phi Phi. The hygiene was good, and the service was fine. The location is convenient, just a short walk to the beach.

For me the experience it wasn’t good. The location is perfect, just in the town. But this standard room is very simple and basic. In the listening everything looks great, but the reality is different. For a moment I thought I would have a bungalow or something similar because they call their self “resort”, but for me, this is a normal hotel. The breakfast is ok, but I sow a lot of insects on the fruits and vegetables, so, I didn’t try it.

The room is not too bad near to the beach however when we stayed here it's too loud because they are doing construction

The room was a generous size, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. The pool area is perfect for unwinding, complete with an affordable bar and a welcoming bartender. Being right next to the beach makes the location ideal, though it does mean you’ll hear music from nearby clubs until around 2–3 a.m. Even with earplugs, the vibrations can be noticeable. Construction across the street begins around 8 a.m., so mornings can be a bit noisy. We were also charged for a glass we accidentally broke when checking out.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel. We stayed here for two nights and having read previous reviews were slightly sceptical. However we had no need to be, we were greeted off the ferry by a member of staff who very kindly carried our bags to the hotel for us this was much appreciated. The reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room itself was spotless very spacious and well maintained. There was construction happening during our stay however we didn’t notice any noise until we stepped outside of our room, the windows are well insulated and the construction didn’t bother us at all. It can be slightly noisy at nighttime however you are in a prime location so it is nothing out of the ordinary and again the room is so well insulated it didn’t stop us from sleeping on either night. I would definitely recommend this hotel based off their friendly staff and clean rooms alike.

There are some important downsides to consider before booking this hotel. It’s located very close to the bars and clubs, so it stays noisy until around 4 AM. The hotel is also under construction at the moment, which makes it difficult to get more than a couple of hours of quiet sleep.
During my 3 night stay, the shower broke twice, and every time I turned on the water, the bathroom light went off. The technician said it’s “supposed to be that way” because of their heating system but the water stayed mostly cold.
On the positive side, the staff were friendly and they even wait at the pier to help you with your stuff when you arrive, but overall the experience wasn’t so comfortable.
