Phi Phi Sea Sky Resort

We went on vacation on December 2024 and we had a bad exeprience. There´s a few spots that you can go to the city by boat (3 diferent hours) after that it´s not possibel because of the tide. If you lost the boat (only 6 people) you have to walk and it takes about 20 to 30 minutes to go to the city and later, when you´re tired of your trip, you need to walk all the way back again. Now, let´s talk about the breakfast, it only have some few options (4 options) and don´t change any day. What about the housekeeping? You need to ask them to change or clean your room, if not, the won´t do it. Once this is in the middle of the "jungle" every day that we arrived in our room it had some animals (snake, cockroach, mosquitos, tec) you name it. For the shower, to small and with no water pressure, also, the smell of the water it´s too strong and the water is kind of yellow color and so hot, even with the heater turned off. Music coming from the beach too loud for the night until about 3 am.

The hotel is ok, but getting there is just awful... we couldn't even imagine worse... along a narrow path down to the shore, then along an uneven ramp along the shore on stones, and then up the stairs 🙈 We were met well: they gave us juice and water and cold wet towels - which was absolutely necessary after such a quest to the hotel! The house seemed clean, but the bed linen was moldy(( I would not recommend this hotel.

I am a Chinese tourist. I checked in on March 6, 23. The service attitude of this night waiter is very poor. She only cares about chatting and drinking with foreign friends, completely ignoring your existence. I feel that because we don’t speak English, I feel that she She discriminates against Chinese a little bit, and it’s the same the next morning. She chats with foreign friends all the time, completely ignoring you calling her, and she ignores you if you want to order breakfast, but as long as a white-skinned foreign friend calls, she will answer immediately.
