Placed at an isolated area and good for family time or friends. There are spacious courtyards, nice swimming pool.
Breakfast is good and is halal. The local masjid is also nearby. 🕌
The staff carry guests baggage on trolley to the nearby Ferry pier upon check-out. 🛒

We were looking for a hotel for two nights and settled on this option. The breakfasts were excellent! The location is superb! Far from the hustle and bustle. The grounds are spacious. While swimming in the pool, we saw a monitor lizard nearby 😀 We were shocked by its beauty. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

We booked a room for just one night. It was quiet as it's away from the bars and party areas. The beach was also surprisingly close, about 500 meters away. The room had a nice view, and although it showed some wear and tear, the interior was pleasant. There's a 1000 baht deposit, and we'd read reviews about them fining for everything (they even have it written down). So, we photographed everything in the room beforehand. In the end, we had no issues, and the deposit was returned without a fuss. Breakfast was good, with fruits, meat, tea, and coffee.

I don't know why everyone's saying it's cheap. 23,000 for two nights isn't exactly budget-friendly! But! I'll tell you!
The location is 10/10. It's a large, cozy area, away from the noise, with swings, lawns, and a pool. It's very romantic. The staff was friendly. We checked in at 12:00. All the rooms are doubles. There were three of us (one 12-year-old). They didn't charge us any extra money, and breakfast was free. The room had two narrow single beds, really just one bed for one. We simply joined them together and the problem was solved!
Everyone's talking about the mattresses. They're luxurious, just right, and my back didn't hurt. The pillows were a real bummer. The towels in the room were worn, as was the room overall. But for two nights, everything was just right! They offered cleaning, but we declined.
Breakfasts are 5/10 (cucumber, tomato, greens, watermelon, pineapple, noodles, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, toast, cereal, tea, coffee, jam—everything)))
Overall. The grounds and location are 10/10.
The price is a bit high for a night. 3/10 (11,000 rubles). That's even taking into account the trip discount. Breakfasts are 5/10. Cleanliness is 10/10.
Politeness is 10/10. I recommend it.

The hotel is modest but clean. The breakfasts are decent and tasty, and the location is great, especially for those visiting Love Beach or Long Beach.

I'm not sure I want to leave this review, but I realize I need to speak up.

Gypsy has really gone downhill in the couple of years since we last stayed here. On our first few visits, it was a genuinely good, comfortable 3-star-plus experience. Now, it's only the staff's smiles that keep it afloat. If it weren't for their welcoming attitude towards guests, their endless patience, and their willingness to help with any issue, it would be a terrible stay.

The Gypsy staff deserve++++++++! They are wonderful!

As for everything else... it's just 'meh'. The scenery is beautiful, but the hotel is tired and needs a renovation. The mattresses are a separate spring-loaded disaster! Any door can be opened with your key; I accidentally walked in on strangers because I mixed up rooms C and B.

Breakfasts are okay, but they used to be better. The pool is warm but could use a bit more cleaning.

I hope the hotel takes note and makes improvements, otherwise, it's going to be completely cringe-worthy.

The hotel is a bit old and could do with some renovation, but it's a great option for a couple of days, close to the sea, quiet and peaceful, the breakfasts are a bit meager

Very clean, beautiful rooms with pool access from the first floor. Breakfast is basic, but okay. The hotel is perfectly clean and odor-free. It's a 3-minute walk to the sea, and 10 minutes to the beach with nightly shows.
