Room: Modern, high-end, and spotless. Everything feels brand new with a fresh scent. Toiletries and amenities are top quality.

Reception & Service: Outstanding! The staff went above and beyond, helping us book tours and transportation to Phuket at the same online price (unlike other hotels that charge extra). They even allowed a late checkout to match our ferry schedule.

Housekeeping: Impeccable! The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and replenished amenities.

Perfect stay from start to finish highly recommended!

I did A LOT of research to pick my hotel on Phi Phi and this hotel was honestly amazing, I’m sad I only stayed one night! It’s probably the nicest hotel in the busy Phi Phi area, the rooms feel high end, nice air conditioning, nice lobby and service. It is next to a town speaker that does a prayer a few times a day (one is at like 5 am) but they provide ear plugs and it only lasts like 2 minutes. While strange, it was not a deal breaker for me at all. I would recommend this hotel to anyone because of how nice it is and the location is PERFECT. Hidden, but right in the middle of it all. Loved it!

Clean & comfy room, great value for 1-night stay

The hotel is newly renovated and the room was nice, comfy, clean & modern. The staff was friendly & the location is great - it’s in the centre and just next to the pier.

They also have an air-conditioned waiting room, which was handy when we had to wait for our ferry after we checked-out.

Some little cons are that the bathroom was a little smelly from humidity and the shower or sink leaked a little. We also had the room just next to one of the mosque speaker so we could very clearly hear the calls to prayer throughout the day (as early as 5:30am…). Thankfully, we were there only for 1 night and had to wake up early anyway so it wasn’t too much of an issue but it’s something to be mindful of.

Overall, the hotel & room are great for the price. The only real issue is the mosque speaker just next to the hotel but if you don’t mind it or only need to stay for a night or 2, I’d recommend this hotel.

We stayed for two nights at Panmanee Hotel, and honestly, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The only minor issue was that while many hotels had agents at the pier to pick up their guests, we had to find the location ourselves using Google Maps. However, it was easy to find, just about 250 meters from the pier, so we didn’t need any assistance.

The location was excellent—right near a vibrant street food market with plenty of options at our doorstep. As for the room, I have no words—it was simply wonderful! We had an amazing holiday on Phi Phi Island.

The staff were also very helpful and friendly. When we returned to the hotel after our Maya Bay tour, our room hadn’t been cleaned yet, as they were doing it in no particular order. I requested immediate cleaning, and they attended to it very quickly, which I truly appreciated. Additionally, I had a special request regarding the room deposit, and they accommodated my request without any issues.

The hotel is easily accessible from both the pier and Loh Dalum Beach. Nearby, there’s a 7-Eleven, McDonald's, and many other convenient shops.

I highly recommend Panmanee Hotel for anyone staying on Phi Phi Island!

Had an amazing stay here. Best part was the location - close to Pier, great food options. Also the hotel got renovated recently, so it is top notch in every service.

The only bad aspect was the room size which was reasonable, but given the pricing, I don't think you can find anything better with such great location.

Super modern and better than the other accomodation I could see on the island.

Staff of the desk were super accommodating. I also suggest booking a private longboat tour through them. Was really comfy and with a great crew.

Overall nice and quiet even though it’s a pretty short walk away from the action.

Really cool modern renovated rooms, nice shower and everything, good ac. Nice location right by the pier and with lots of shops. Enjoyed the stay, only thing negative was the small insects on the curtains when we came in but we killed them with bug spray and didn’t see them again:)

Panmanee Hotel has been renovated, and while you can tell it wasn’t originally built with its current modern design, the rooms are nice and well-maintained, with updated, spotless bathrooms. The service was stunning, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even have an air-conditioned living room area to cool off in, which was a great touch. Unfortunately, the island’s overwhelmed sewage system causes an unpleasant smell to come through the bathroom after using the shower or water, making it hard to use the bathroom comfortably. It’s a disappointing issue but seems to be an island-wide problem rather than the hotel’s fault.

A Convenient Stay at the Renovated Panmanee Hotel

My recent stay at the newly-renovated Panmanee Hotel on Phi Phi Island was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The hotel's prime location, with a convenient food street right in front, was a major plus.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The amenities were excellent, with comfortable beds, a mini-fridge, and a flat-screen TV.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with any requests. They provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and restaurants.

Overall, I highly recommend Panmanee Hotel for a convenient and enjoyable stay on Phi Phi Island. The renovations have given the hotel a fresh new look, while still maintaining its charming island atmosphere.
