One of the best located hotels in Pattaya, right behind Sky Gallery. You walk through Sky Gallery to access the stairs that go steeply down to Cozy Beach.

Great lobby to hang out in & a great main pool between the lobby & Sky Gallery.

Highly recommended for the chill factor & location.

The appearance of the environment is very beautiful and clean.

Not a bad spot to be up on top of Pattaya, very cool ocean views from a higher vantage point. Lots of Russian tourists if you want to feel closer to home. The rooms were nice and decent for the price as well as the complimentary breakfast.

Be prepared for the fact that the hotel is home to a large number of Russian guests, and they are not always families. Quite often it’s loud groups drinking heavily, partying every other day until morning.

The hotel staff shows no intention of addressing this issue. Requests to be moved to another room are simply brushed off with the standard response that there are no available rooms—end of discussion.

Aside from that, the hotel itself is acceptable for a 3-star property. Unfortunately, the beach is poorly maintained: it’s noticeably dirty, which seriously detracts from the overall experience.

First time staying at this hotel, and we will definitely be back. The attached photo shows the view from our room. The swimming pool stayed open until late, which our daughter really enjoyed. The hotel is attached to the sky gallery where we enjoyed a fabulous meal in a fantastic setting. Really was first class.

Excellent service /good place.
The hotel is not directly on the beach but accessible via the restaurant opposite.
Unfortunately, some guests smoked ******** against hotel rules causing an unpleasant odor.
