7Seas in Jomtien Beach

This condominium is an architectural gem with its 25 metres long swimming-pool and its sustainable air conditioning. Unfortunately, the management is very bad. They have changed the internet provider, but now it is worse. They promise 10 MB but you can get only between 1 and 5 MB, and sometimes nothing at all. You have to pay 1000 THB per month for that : a true robbery. They have changed the TV provider too, and it is worse now : the picture is snowy and you can see black and white stains and lines on the screen. If you want to go to the sauna, you must pay 100 THB which is perfectly understandable. Unfortunately there is a lack of privacy and sometimes a cheater trespasses. You have many chances to find beside you a stinking, sticky, chubby alcoholic russian : an enjoyable company ! Some tiles are missing on the floor of the sauna room and the light in the sauna does not work. I have let the manager know that several times but he obviously does not care. There is a compressor of air conditioning hanged on the back of the wall which is behind my bed. There is an unbearable noise all night long and I cannot sleep. From 9 AM there are banging noises as the tiles of many rooms are frequently replaced. It is a pity because this condominium is very well located, with a direct access to the beach and 2nd Road, next to Soi Chayiapruk, the rooms have stuning views on the sea and on the city, you can enjoy the sea breeze on the balconies and there is a friendly staff at the reception. The famous restaurant and pizzeria Le Mar is located at the entrance of the condominium : friendly staff and good value for money, one of the best restaurants in the city and, of course, very popular.
